is this price for 1 pack of cookies?

Yes, and you would not believe how small the package and cookies are. For years, I've ordered lebkuchen from a well known catalog and it is pretty affordable and the cookies are large. These are tasty enough, but a ripoff for the amount you get. I, personally, would not order again. Better value at Vermont Country store.

I would say no. I did some looking around and didn’t really see anything definitive, however if it was gluten-free they’d boast about it on the packaging I would imagine.

what is the white disc on the bottom (cardboard?) thought it was sugar glaze, but it is not. It is hard to remove.

Hi that is not cardboard and it's hard to describe but it's a hard kind of glaze we thought it was paper that was on the back of the cookie that you would peel off but it's not that either also the German Ginger Snap flavor is nothing like the American Ginger Snap I don't mean any harm but it's more of like a cake than a cookie I was so disappointed I do not recommend this at all I took them to my job and they're still sitting there on the table someone tried one and then that was it I hope this answers your question.
