I’ve been taking Bronson Vitamin K2 (MK-7) with D3 as part of my morning routine, and it has been a fantastic addition to my supplement stack. I specifically wanted a combination formula with 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 90 mcg of K2 (MK-7), and this one checked every box. I also appreciate that it’s non-GMO and thoughtfully formulated. I take it every morning alongside my omega-3, Super B complex, and my antidepressant. I usually take everything together with coffee and breakfast, often something with healthy fats like avocado toast or peanut butter. Since vitamins D and K are fat-soluble, taking them with fats makes sense for better absorption, and I’ve had zero stomach discomfort doing it this way. One of the main reasons I wanted D3 paired with K2 is because they work synergistically. It's a scam!! I received a card frame instead of vitamins.

I was severely deficient in vit D all through my childhood and even the past ten years. I went from 19 to 16 to 6 which was recorded in 2023. The doc mentioned that I’d pass out if I did not take enough care of it. The high dosage prescription ones did not work for me as they gave other side effects. Then I looked up reviews here and wanted to try this one as I saw people reporting their levels rise up. I then started taking these. I went to my labs in 2026 and now I’m at 43 for Vitamin D. I couldn’t go last year due to other reasons. My doctor was also very happy that I was taking these proactively which had k2 as well. My nails, hair started growing fast. I had more energy and felt good after taking these. But I’d highly recommend these in getting your levels up and keeping them there. The value it brings to health is amazing
