Excellent product. I have been using them for 15 -20 years. Previously I ordered directly on-line from California but this is my first order via Amazon. I have heel (calcaneal) spurs diagnosed by xray. The heel pads work very well for me and allow me to walk long distances without pain or discomfort. Using the pads my heels have improved over time and I do not now need them all the time. The price has increased over time but it is still a very good solution.

Sono comode e pratiche da inserire nella scarpa, aderiscono bene, ammortizzano e quindi alleviano il dolore, ma non hanno fatto nulla nel mio caso per guarire la fascite plantare, non l'hanno migliorata neanche.

The first day wearing these my feet were a little sore. I was only able to wear them for about 6hrs. By day 3 I could wear them all day long! I work in construction and I’m on my feet for 10 hrs a day walking through all sorts of terrain. I would highly recommend these as my feet/heels feel so much better! I bought the hybrid pair as i wanted a gel soft feel plus some firmness. I pull these in and out of my work boots and use in all my other pairs of foot wear as I need them. Zero complaints...might purchase another pair!

Had plantar fasciitis for about two months and it seemed to only get worse, even with wearing padded heel socks. I was skeptical that the only thing that would heal it would be a walking boot but didn't want to go that route. After reading some of the good reviews, I decided to give the medium hardness insole a chance and honestly my heel pain improved almost immediately and was almost gone after about 2 weeks . I still have bad days but i'm on about week 4 now and wear these in my running shoes daily with no pain. I don't know what it is that makes these work but they do!! they are a little uncomfortable at first but you get used to them. Highly recommended for people with plantar fasciitis.
