Hp Deskjet 2710 Printer, Print, Copy, Scan - White [5Ar83B]

The printer is amazing but printing coloured paper is slow. However, the printer is good for it’s price

I bought the HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer because I needed a printer at home for school assignments and worksheets. I chose this model because it prints, scans, and copies, and it was affordable for a student. I like that the printer is easy to set up and use. It connects to Wi-Fi, so I can print directly from my laptop or phone. The print quality is good for both black and color pages, and it’s helpful to have a scanner and copier built in. It doesn’t take up too much space either. One downside is that the ink runs out pretty quickly, and the replacement cartridges are a bit expensive. Also, sometimes the Wi-Fi connection disconnects and I have to reconnect it again. I would recommend the HP DeskJet 2710 printer for students and families who need a basic all-in-one printer for home use. It works well for school projects and everyday printing, as long as you’re okay with replacing the ink often.

I ordered this Printer for regular home use and later read the review on complications involved with set up. I had no problems when I bought my previous HP printer and was so much upset with Canon Ink Tank printer set up, that really had such complex set up and user unfriendly features. So surprised and relieved with the ease with which I could set up this printer. I did not face any of the issues mentioned in the reviews and in fact, surprised that the printer Wi-Fi joined my Router without even entering the password (I guess, when I was asked to press the Info button on the printer, I guess it kind of acted like a WPS set up). However, I am still struggling to register my product on HP website for some strange reason. The performance so far is as expected and user interface is pretty cool. I have not printed from my mobile yet but printing and scanning from my Laptop is pretty straight forward. Received the printer in a sealed box, very well protected and very happy with my purchase so far.

Giving this one star as it actually from time to time manages to print or scan but 95% of the time, it either cannot find the WiFi, cannot connect to the HP "Smart App" or the worst part is that 50% of all the cartridges that I bought (Official HP Cartridges) doesn't work with the printer/printer will not recognize the cartridges and just say they are Empty. Followed all their guides on how to clean them and the inside but that never worked. Leave it off for a week and it suddenly works for an hour then disconnects again, repeat a week later.

Sits well in a corner, usual HP efficiency, the wifi option is fantastic, print quality is good. Very useful for students of all ages and a must have for others.

I was looking for a small and affordable printer for occasional use. The cartridges are rather small, so in no way I'd recommend this for heavy duty stuff, but if you need to sign a quick contract or print a sample, it is the perfect match. Setup is easy, but make sure you read the guide. I was used to adding printers automatically through windows, but this one required an app regardless of the device. Overall, 10/10 for value for money. Oh, and it arrived same day - thanks Amazon

It's very clunky to work with. You don't know where to start to set it up. You end up watchung YouTube videos to figure it out. It has so many noisey lids that you need to push or pull. It lacks grace. We have better things to do than to figure out how this junk is supposed to work. What's worse than all of this is that you need to create and account with HP to be able to scan anything. Why? To steal our personal data? It's creepy. I am not sure how manufacturers are getting away with such practices. It's really inexpensive right? Think about it. There must be a reason for it.

After only 5 months printing wa impossible. I got only white sheets of paper. The ink is very expensive, costs more as the printer itself. Instank-Ink is in Egypt not available. I ask me, why?
