Good quality reasonable price

It was a pleasant surprise that these PQQ capsules are very small, and easy to add to my 15 other supplements I take daily. Visual inspection, capsulation is consistent, no broken capsules or dust in the container, quality looks good. No funky smells. I have been consistently happy with the quality of Toniq products (I take 4 of their products regularly now) PQQ helps promote Mitochondria Energy Cofactor levels and efficiency of which I have tried a few other PQQ supplements and find that I can feel a difference after a few days of taking Toniq PQQ. I especially found that this PQQ improved my sleep quality. I normally sleep 4-5 hrs a day but lately I have been feeling sleepy later in the day, with taking the PQQ I started waking up on my own after 4 hrs of sleep and felt energized all day. I am a little unusual and take other adaptogenic supplements, but found PQQ gave my mitochondria that extra boost. I highly recommend taking a pure C8 MCT oil, there are several out there, choose one and complement PQQ with it. I have found over the decades of taking supplements that not all are created equal and it's extremely important to find a company that you trust, provides the levels they state potency, clean and pure supplements. I am a big fan of Now supplements, but have switched several that I take to Toniq.

As expected. No side effects. Energy level change is hard to tell. Very subjective any way.

After a few weeks I noted a difference in my wakefulness.This wasn't energy like a caffeine shot,but rather,a kind of,"do you want to get out of bed, yes or no?" improvement.I'm less fatigued at day end and seem to have a bit more bounce in my step. I will add more intermittent fasting and discipline.I can feel a difference and this is a motivator.

My memory isn’t what it used to be and I’ve been experiencing “brain fog” the past couple of years. I got this supplement because of the positive reviews on amazon and because I’m already a fan of the other supplements Toniiq has. When I got my order, I was surprised at how teeny tiny the capsules were. You get 120 capsules in a bottle and since you only need to take one a day this’ll last you three months. On the first day I took it I felt the fog lift and experienced more focus and energy throughout the day. On the second day my energy dipped around 3 or 4pm. Same thing on the third and fourth day. I read an article that recommended taking PQQ every other day for better energy throughout the day. So I started skipping a day and noticed on the days I took PQQ I was no longer having that late afternoon slump like I did when I took it every day. I take Toniiq’s Phosphatidyl Serine on my days “off” from PQQ because while they both help with energy and focus they do it in different ways for me. Can’t explain it yet. That’s why I’m experimenting to see which one works best for my needs or if the combo is the way to go long term. So far so good though. Very happy with this and Toniiq’s other products.

The packaging of these PQQ capsules is first rate and the quality also seems to be. From experience with other vendors' product, the small capsule size is unique. The price offered on Amazon is very competitive in comparison with others. I take PQQ on faith as I do with all my supplements. Whether they improve my health or lengthen my life, there is no way I would know.
