Which means I've been taking these suckers for like 5 years
Every pregnancy and while breastfeeding! Which means I've been taking these suckers for like 5 years! I take 3 every night rather than spread out over the day (I mean, who can do anything three times a day?) Anyway. They're gentle on the stomach and my kids are all pretty healthy so... must be working right? Really I just like the quality ingredients and quaility processing.

Three tablets per day, but not bad
I never know how to really rate vitamins. These things don't really give you fast results so I can't say much about the effectiveness of this product. However, I can note the following:- You take three tablets a day. They're not terribly large, but if you have trouble swallowing pills, it might be a problem. The capsules can be taken apart and the contents emptied into a drink or smoothie, which is find convenient. I just take all three at once every morning with some water. I drink my morning smoothie separately.- My blood tests sometimes come back as slightly low in the Iron department and the Fe percentage on this isn't too high. I'm considering taking an additional Fe supplement in addition to this.- This does not contain Omega-3 or DHA. I take an additional supplement for that along with these prenatal vitamins.- I have had no adverse effects once I started taking this roughly a week and a half ago, other than being a little full from the three tablets and water I down before even having breakfast.- The smell isn't horrible, but it might be unpleasant for some. It has a sort of herbal smell, but a little more pungent?- It comes in a large glass bottle.- It's cheaper on Amazon, so that's why I got it on here.I bought a 3-pack and it seems to be pretty good so far so I'll just continue taking it until I go through it all. I'll update this again if anything changes.

Great pre-natals that also seem to help with morning sickness during pregnancy
My wife has used these for the last year or so and is continuing to use them throughout her pregnancy. She has noticed no bad side effects and they have actually decreased her nausea which is a huge plus. She still had some morning sickness, but the various ginger extracts and other extracts in the vitamins really helped her.Definitely recommended compared to the pills the doctor gave, which didn't work as well and had some side effects as well as aftertaste.

Fantastic! I think it helped my little preemie.
I took these my whole pregnancy and ate a decent diet. My little boy came two months early and I credit all my garden of life vitamins (I took this plus their vitamin D and calcium/magnesium, and Nordic naturals DHA) with his good progress. He came out (despite being two months early) very healthy. He is 10 weeks old now and is doing great. We would love another child in the future, and I will definitely be takin these again.
