Would this be a good gift for a 5 year old?

I purchased the Mighty Fleet trucks and cars for my 5 yr old grandson and he loves them.

Is there a power switch for the garbage truck? It made sounds when the buttons were pushed before, but now it doesn't even after battery changed?

All of the Mighty Fleet toys I purchased did come with batteries. Make sure you turn on the truck. It is on the bottom side of the toy
