Excellent diaper, still quite expensive.
The pros: very thin, and quiet, absorbs really quickly, and stays in place well once it's put on.The cons: not good for an overnight diaper if you don't sleep on your back. This is a good diaper for daytime use, if your needing to go out and be unnoticed. The thin design and quite materials (even other cloth back diaper will make some sound, this one is SILENT) means nobody will hear anything. This is the diaper I would pick for going to the gym/park as it is very comfortable and doesn't sag. Still to expensive to be my first choice, but for the money spent you couldn't expect a better product.

This diaper saves lots of time and bed linen washings.
My husband has dementia. Can't control urine output.

The best we can find so far.
We have to get the XXL and have settled on these because the quality is a bit better than others. They still shift around too much during slide transfers. I suspect that the only way to fix that would be to make them more slick on the outside. We've tried many brands and so far this is the one we are using. The FitRights would have worked if they had been sized properly, but they are much smaller.

Ehhh
The diapers are thin, the material kinda mushes up when wet and I definitely does not hold up over night and leaks. Requires many checks and changes more of a day diaper

Great bargain as always, but beware sizing
Tranquilities are some of the most affordable diapers you can buy, and keep you from breaking the bank if you need them regularly. These breathable ones are extra nice for comfort--the plastic backed ones can chafe and overheat me sometimes, personally. As for absorbancy, it's nothing spectacular, and good for daytime use if you know you'll have access to places to change. Overnight can be a dangerous game. Only one thing bugs me with tranquilities--the sizing. I'm always _right_ at the borderline between small and medium for most brands, and can go either way, usually opting for small. But for tranquility, I'm still within the waist range, and it fits in that respect, but the length of the diaper drops substantially, and there's not enough rise to feel... yknow, adequately covered. Unfortunately, the mediums are then pretty big in comparison... but hey, humans come in many shapes and sizes so they can only do so much. But, as a heads up for others who are really skinny, but tall, go for the mediums if you're on the cusp. The extra length is worth it, so you don't feel like you're wearing a bikini!

Brilliant diapers!
I felt compelled to write this review the morning after. I only have trouble retraining my bladder at night. I must say these are the best diapers I have tried in a long time, possibly even better than the Abena M4.First and for most, the tabs are huge and provide a lot of options for placement. Somehow the actual padding I thought was pretty small as far as diapers go, but that isnt the case. These diapers can hold a night time worth of wetting, no problem! To my absolute surprise no plastic pants are needed either! I am a heavy back sleeper so I dont wake up or move much but even still. The diapers disperse wetness incredibly well on their own compared to other diapers. The one thing you do need to do is make sure the tabs are securely placed and at a good angle so they dont come apart. I had no issue with them, I just noticed that they seem to easily come apart when I was putting the diaper on. I cannot comment on how well these would be for up-right daytime use, it might be something completely different than my experience. But for night time use, I absolutely adore these and I love how affordable they are.I almost forgot on top of all that, the diapers are very light and breathable (at least when dry)Just make sure you use plenty of baby powder!

To Bulky And Awkward For Disabled Person To Work With
This was to be a diaper for a female, but it was to bulky and awkward to work with. Very awkward for a disabled person to use. Tabs were small and awkward to work with, especially with arthritic hands. The seller, Comfort Plus, was very prompt in the handling and delivery to our home of this item. Return of the items (3 pkgs.) and refund are currently being handled with Comfort Plus and Amazon.
