Before you hit "Buy Now", make sure you're on the right mindset to achieve weight loss because this product isn't a very cheap one. Taste - I like it! (I bought choco and strawberry and use them alternately) Effective - yes, but it takes discipline and the right mindset really It comes with a list of instructions + food you can & shouldn't eat.

Such a great product and it was shipped and delivered fast. Just keep in mind that the due dates are close to purchasing (these expire in August - which is fine because I'll use them before then)
