No I don’t thanks so because I have bought it on the shelves before not refrigerated .

Is it legal to charge appox. $10.00 per bottle?

Apparently it is. But think about getting dressed and walking to the closest store which sold the flavor and size you wanted and then walking back home (and drinking what you bought on your way home), I guess it would be worth every penny to have someone else bring it to you while you stayed in your pj’s not sweating one drop of.
