I brought this solenoid as a replacement for my Zex 82010 purge Kit. The original solenoid started leaking after one year of utilization. However this part is not a direct replacement since the solenoid that come with kit has an 1/8 NPT inlet and this one has an 1/4 NPT like advertised. Not a big deal since the kit provides a 1/4 to 1/8 adaptor. However if you want a direct fit, use the part #NS6521 instead. This part seems more robust and it doesn’t leaks. Lets see how long it will last.
