The vest is sturdy. Fits well on our german shepherd mix.

We have heavier dog coats but needed a lighter rainproof coat for spring summer and fall. This is perfect and doesn't move around on my dog. It's a rain jacket - which means it doesn't provide any warmth, just a little wind resistance and it keeps him dry. I have a 100 lb Ridgeback and we purchased the size large which covers his back end and stops right at the base of his tail. He measures 26" from shoulder blades to base of tail and his chest is 33". Bought this for my German wire hair pointer, fit him very well and easily put on/ taken off. After he passed away, I also sewed the under body straps to make them half or even 1/3 the length in order to fit on my English Springer Spaniel! Finagled it to work on the spaniel with some self adjustments rather than having to buy another.

My dog is kind of long and lean, and most jackets that are long enough for him are way too big around the rib cage. He measures about 30" long and 33" around his ribs, and is right around 80 lbs. The large fits him perfectly, just like I expected from the size chart. I've been using this jacket for about 3 months during rainy walks in the PNW and he always comes back dry everywhere that the jacket covers. The high neck provides good coverage while not interfering with the leash attached to his collar.There are some things that might be cons for some dogs/situations- it's unlined, so while it will keep your dog dry it won't provide any insulation in colder weather. We get freezing rain here, but my dog has a thick medium length coat and we rarely feel the need to use his insulated jacket.It's not super easy to put on- you slip it on over the dog's head and then the sides attach underneath with velcro. While the velcro being underneath makes it look nice and sleek, it takes some fiddling to make sure both sides are attached evenly. If your dog is patient and stands well like mine, this isn't much of a problem. If your dog can be a little squirrely when having a jacket put on then another jacket may be a better choice.Because the jacket is lightweight and doesn't have any leg straps, the back can sometimes flip up if the wind is coming from behind. If you really wanted leg straps you could probably sew some on yourself without too much effort.

Was looking for high-vis vests for my dogs because we go on walks and bike rides together before the sun comes up. I wanted to make them visible to drivers, but still wanted to add some personality by having more color than the typical orange and yellow. Unfortunately, the reflective material isn’t very prominent on the design(it’s just the small stripe on each side). I was still using them for a while, but the size for one of my dogs was off. Plus, because their tails are curled, it kept rolling up so the reflective bit didn’t show anyways. Stopped using them. Aside from that, the material is fine and even though we used them rigorously, the dogs played and wrestled in them, and we wore them in all weather, they didn’t tear or fall apart. It wasn’t hard to put on, even for my wiggly dogs and the Velcro is very good at sticking to itself and anything for that matter. I’d say it’s well worth it in most cases, I was just looking for something different.

This raincoat was delivered while we were having an all-day rain. So, I put it on my dog and took him for a walk. It fit him great and kept his body dry. I would definitely buy this again if I need another.

This dog coat is nice and just what I wanted. It is lined but not a very warm coat, which is what my dog needs during warmer rainy days. The medium fits my 48 lb dog with a large neck and chest.

This is a good rain coat for occasional rain and great value.Pros: 1) it survived a machine wash with no visible wear/damage 2) it uses the higher quality Velcro that doesn’t snag on your clothing or other parts of the rain coat 3) the size chart is accurate.Cons: 1) the rear portion doesn’t have any securing straps so if it there is a strong tail wind, the back occasionally flips up

Ordered XS for my 2 year old 20lb Border Terrier named Cedar. He hates the rain, and this didn't change that..but it fits well, seems good quality, is easy to put on and kept his body dry. I like the colour too.

Paßt perfekt und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Die Klettverschlüsse sind verbesserungsbedürftig aber das Teil ist ja nicht täglich im Einsatz. Beinschlaufen hinten wären auch angebracht, damit das Rückenteil bei Wind nicht ständig nach vorne klappt.

Really pleased with this little jacket. Fits my Chihauhua perfectly. Lovely shade of pink.
