Best on the market.
Having researched "best manual can openers" this one came out at Number 1 and now I know why . It is simply fantastic . Opens any can with ease. Built from good quality material and works first time every time. DO NOT put in your dishwasher though as the heat will make the cutting wheel blunt. Just hand wash in warm soapy water to protect its longevity

Unfortunately this item didn’t last and has literally fallen asunder. I am surprised as kitchen aid have a good reputation.

Disappointing
There are a number of kitchen gadgets which are small items but which are critical. A decent kettle, toaster, and can opener for example are in that list. This is an average item, not the level of excellence i was hoping for
