Great Value & works for cats/dogs/people too!
Great value! I definitely recommend buying this product. 5 out of 6 of my cats don't notice a therapeutic dose in their wet food and it's a lot less expensive than buying one made specifically for cats/dogs.Update: This product continues to be a homerun with my kitties!! I've also started to use it and it's helping with my Shingles!! A GREAT value and GREAT product!Note: sometimes the powder is very fine and other times it's more granular but no worries!! Nothing's wrong with it. And I actually prefer it when it's fine b/c it melts in my cat's wet food better.

Use for my outside kitties
We have seven semi-feral outside kitties. When we feed the in the morning and at night, we add the L-Lysine to their canned food which is then poured over their dry food. All seem healthy and have lovely coats.

Easily digestible. Not clumping.
I use it as a supplement for my cats who have herpes. Seems to work very well, easily digestible. The Hard Rhino granulated form is my favorite because it dissolves so easily. And it is not clumpy like some other types of Lysine.

though one worse than the other
Purchased this for my cats at the suggestion of the shelter I adopted them from. The shelter sent me home with the powder they used to mix into their wet food.Both suffer from eye discharge and runny nose caused by the Herpes virus, though one worse than the other.This took about 5 days to see improvement, but the symptoms did improve.The product is a nice powder consistency and mixes very easily into their wet food. They don't seem to notice it as long as I mix it in well.Very pleased with it.

Great product!
I purchased this for my cats who suffer from viruses. It is well known that L-Lysine prohibits viruses from multiplying, thereby giving the immune system a chance to do its job. I feel it is a better product than the animal grade L-Lysine and causes no harm to my cats. I have made several purchases and the quality is always the best. I highly recommend this product for humans and cats.
