I have used gloves with magnets in them before and the magnets become conductors for the cold? How is this addressed?

Maybe these are *somehow* different than the 3½ dozen other "gloves for sports below zero, at cost below $50.   Many MANY multi-layer 3M thinsulate with x gram weight (yes btw,  it is the best for lightweight/thin application per inch², although wool is the only thing I can absolutely trust my life and limb to), And your question has been a thoroughly scrutinized area. Raw black & white answer is: magnets with a  positive and a negative when not in contact with each other attract and hold up to 10x as much cold surface air temperature. What's more, they disperse heat at various rates. To list anything scientifically & statistically accurate beyond my experience with similar products-- much further analysis would be required- to that end, I would need 2 things:

#1 10 identical pair of the same article to run field (climatology) in set parameters of elevation, time temp RH DP, Wind speed & dir.,  and of course extensive laboratory testing;
#2 the explanation to the layman (not saying you are, but I don't spread nonfactual nor incomplete report findings, without the whole picture, and all data that comes with it-- even if that requires a prior lesson in the pertinent laws of thermodynamics and those which were affected by the specifics, particulars/ ergo the data records of each scenario of the elements exposed to the glove, the magnetic pull under each circumstanced test, the % of each layers moisture, RH & DP in the testing environment, net heat at each position throughout the glove, which is only a factor regarding the "layers" that someone else has answered -- if the layers have altered or disrupted the magnetic pull -- although I can cite at least 5 reasons why that would not make sense - most importantly because the magnetic pull doesn't change unless it's covered by a heavy metal (e.g. lead) and they don't have a lead layer, do they? Exactly... So I can say with a great deal of certainty, the answer is:
Nothing. 
They have a magnet strong enough to good the negative and positive polor opposites together, through whatever fabric and fluff you want -- it's still a going to pull cold air in, and push heat away. Always.

Fyi I'm going to be doing a review for a 2022 Extremus Hiking and Camping -- survival equipment.
