Waterdrop G2FCT-BN Drinking Water Faucet, NSF/ANSI 372 Certified, Brushed

Super sleek design. I'm a fan of the water handle being just a "pull towards you" in a circular motiobn instead of outward and away from the faucet which limits space for other things on your counter since you have to account for that motion. The water stream is strong. It takes about 30 seconds for me to fill my 64oz YETI rambler but since the faucet's clearance is so high, I can slightly tilt it underneath and let it fill up while I scoop ice into it. Installation was super easy and connecting it to a water filtration system that isn't Waterdrop (got an Aquasana) and it worked just fine.

Looks and works great for a great price. We used it to replace a similar one that started leaking.

Arrived well packaged. Faucet appears sturdy and well made. Quick connectors make installation a breeze. After 1 week, no leaks and everything is working great. I did have an issue with installation in that the 3/8 connector snapped easily. BE CAREFUL and do not over-tighten it when screwing it down. I contacted the company and Doreen responded immediately, late on a Sunday night. After explaining the problem and sending a few pics, they sent out a new complete faucet. That's customer service! Let's hope the faucet is as good as the service. Time will tell.

This Waterdrop filtered water faucet has a modern, high-end look and feels solidly constructed. The matte black finish matches well with contemporary kitchens, and the faucet operates smoothly with consistent water flow. Installation was straightforward, and overall performance has been excellent for daily use with a reverse osmosis system. The only drawback I experienced is a small leak at the base of the faucet. It is minor but persistent and difficult to pinpoint due to the tight installation space under the sink. To manage it, I installed a dedicated shutoff valve and now turn the water on only when needed. This workaround solves the issue, but it is not ideal for a permanent installation. Pros: • Attractive modern design with premium appearance • Solid construction and smooth operation • Easy installation with standard fittings • Strong, consistent water flow • Pairs well with RO filtration systems Cons: • Small leak at the base of the faucet • Difficult to diagnose due to tight installation area • Required adding a shutoff valve as a workaround Verdict: This is an excellent-looking and well-performing RO faucet that works very well in daily use. The minor base leak is disappointing and prevents a perfect rating, but with a simple workaround, it remains a reliable and attractive upgrade for filtered drinking water.

We use Aquasana filter system in our house for 5 years or so. The faucet that comes with the Aquasana filter is ok, not perfect. If you have a different design of your main kitchen faucet you may want to replace the Aquasana faucet right away with something different. Thankfully, the filter system comes with the standard thin PVC pipe that matches most faucets including this one. The original Aquasana faucet is pretty 'basic' to say the least. It's made of some brass alloy which turns green in a few months. I would be ok with some green, I can scrub it off once in a while, but it had another problem: the valve wears out and starts dripping after the 2nd set of filters. Aquasana does not offer replacement faucets or anything except filter cartridges, and replacing the entire system is not a solution to the problem. So I went ahead and bought this Waterdrop faucet as a replacement. It turned out to be super easy to install, I didn't use the enclosed connector though, I re-used the Aquasana plastic sealer ring and nut that was still attached to the pipe, which perfectly matched the connector thread on this faucet. Lost story short: we are happy, the water flow is great, the quality is great, stainless steel is miles better than copper or brass, no leaks, the faucet height is nearly perfect. So far (3 weeks) all is well.

It appears to be well made. The water exit rate is noticeably higher than my old faucet. The only issue I had, which is minor in my case, is that the above-deck flange at the base of the faucet could have had a slightly larger diameter. This is because the faucet hole put in by the granite worker has a fairly large diameter. With a little bit of effort I was able to center it and cover the hole. All in all, a good product.

Purchased this faucet to use with my Waterdrop filter, and is crazy that the Waterdrop CS team never pointed out to this one when I asked about a black matte option! I’m so glad I found it in Amazon. The faucet is really easy to install, and it comes with fittings for 1/4” and 3/8” which are enough to connect with any filter. It is well built, heavy and looks great with the rest of my kitchen hardware. The best part of it is its height, you can fit almost any water bottles or pitcher under it, including the Stanleys. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought it as "Used Like New" from Amazon. This is a very sturdy and heavy feeling faucet. You can tell it's high quality. Very easy to install and connect to water line. It took me less than 5 minutes to install. Very satisfied. The quick connects were missing and customer service was incredible. The company responded super fast and shipped out a new faucet! Can you believe that! I feel terrible that they had to go through all that trouble just because someone else kept the quick connects when they returned the faucet to Amazon. Folks, if you end up returning a product to Amazon, please send everything back just like you found it. These companies are barely making it these days and can't afford stuff like this. This is why inflation is getting out of control. We do it to ourselves. Anyway, I'm getting on my soap box but if this was my company, I would be upset someone kept the quick connects and cost me money.

Replace a chrome RO Faucet with this one. Nice looking faucet, and it don't drip! Long bottom connection stem is what I was looking for because of thick, quartz counter top, this tap fit the bill for everything. Well made, swivels nicely, and looks great!

Would not hesitate to buy had it for almost 1 year and no complaints so far.

Nous avions déjà acheté un robinet il y a 4 ans. Il fonctionnait très bien. Nous l’avons changé pour un noir suite à des rénovations. Il a malheureusement brisé assez rapidement. Le robinet n’ouvrait plus de manière graduelle. La compagnie n’a aucunement hésité à nous le remplacer rapidement. Super communication et service rapide. Je recommande!

Great customer service! Product works great, although I had an issue connecting it to the water filter from the same manufacturer. I ended up having to buy two additional parts, however I reached out to the seller and they were more than accommodating and made sure to resolve the issue promptly. If you do end up buying their water filter system, you'll need to purchase a couple extra parts. I bought a cupling that reduced the size from 3/8 to 1/4 inch. Then I bought a 1/4 inch to 1/4 inch ice maker braided hose to connect it to the filter. Everything works fine, just needed a couple extra parts for this particular faucet and filter system.
