Quick Points: - Great at trapping dirt (or cat litter in my case) - Very cushioned - Does not slip around at all - Appears durable so far I purchased this mat after getting frustrated with my cats tracking litter around my apartment. We recently bought the Litter Robot, and for some reason my 3 cats jump out of it sideways, spraying litter all over. I purchased the 42x35 black mat to span my hallway where we keep the Litter Robot so that it would catch any stray litter. So far, so good! In my attached photos you can see the cat litter trapped in the grooves of the mat which is exactly what I needed. I also noticed significantly less litter tracking already. The mat itself is very well cushioned. After receiving it, I warmed it in the drier for 10 minutes or so and all of the creases from shipping went away. I also had to trim a corner of it because of the molding in my hallway, and that was easy to do with regular scissors. As for durability, I haven’t had it long enough to see how it holds up, BUT my cats used it as a scratching pad last night and there is no sign of wear at all. Overall, very happy with it and wish I got it sooner!

2023 update: It's been just over 2 years and these mats look as good as when I purchased them! Great value! I bought this in brown for my front entry that has hardwood a month ago. This mat is the first of many types I have tried over the years that stays in place and is low enough for my door to move over it freely. It has a nice pattern, rich color, and doesn't look cheap. Only upon close inspection can I tell it's rubber with plastic-looking curls. The curly rubber fibers work well to trap dirt, water and snow when my dog and I come back from our hikes. It is surprisingly soft and cushiony, even on bare feet, so I purchased another one in gray a week ago that I use in my kitchen. It shakes clean, vacuums well, or you can hose it off. The 1st two photos are the older mat in my entryway and on close inspection even with one month of 65lb puppy nails and my hiking boot rubs, I can't see any broken fibers. I vacuumed yesterday and have been out in the snow with my pup 3 times since. Still looks new to me. The color variation is due to the location in the hall and the lighting. The gray is the new mat in the kitchen. I think they look better than the photo show. Please note that the mat arrives folded and stiff. As the directions state, it takes about 10 minutes in the drier to make it pliant so the creases come out. I was hesitant to do so and tried laying it in the sun for a day to no avail, so into the drier it went. I wasn't sure how it would come out since it had to be folded over to fit but it came out very soft and stretchy (a little smelly but that dissipated in a couple of minutes) and there was no harm to the mat or the drier. I don't know if you could do this with a hair drier.

I've bought this mat in the 42" x 35" size 4 times now. The first 2 were great for our need, which is at the back door for our 4 dogs to cross upon coming back inside from our sandy, dirt patch/weeds yard. It helps trap a lot of that dirt from their paws, as well as whatever else may be stuck to their feet (leaves, pine straw, rare piece of poo). These mats were brown and lasted. The 3rd one I ordered was khaki. I don't know what the problem was, but that mat was bad quality. It started splitting apart after about a month. I had to duct tape it from the bottom. Then the upper side started breaking apart and pieces were scattering across my kitchen. I was always picking up pieces and treating it cautiously. I've just ordered another one, hoping that was a fluke. I'm disappointed that I lost my money on a bad item and I wish the manufacturer or seller would refund me or give me a replacement. But after a while to think on it, I'll give it another chance. I was very happy with the first 2 mats.. so much so that I also ordered another a while back and had it sent to my dad's house for the entry from his dusty back yard into his garage.. to keep his wife from complaining so much about dirt on her floor. 😂 Overall, this was a good purchase to start with and I hope the next one will be like the other good ones. It really does help keep the dirt down. It's rubber but doesn't look like it. It's nice-looking and fits interior decor. You vacuum it with low suction like you would a regular rug, and then if you wish, you can take it outside and drape it over a chair, fence, or grill, or lay it on a driveway or patio and hose it off to rinse out the dirt from time to time. It dries quickly. Oh, did I mention that it wipes away and holds most of the water from shoes and paws, keeping it (and mud) from being completely tracked in?

I purchased this rug for the 1st time about a year ago. This purchase was rug #4 as I love it! It’s made of very durable material~top & bottom~as my pictures show. It’s excellent for picking up anything & everything that comes from outside my deck door to outside my entrance door from the garage to inside that entrance door into my house. It’s amazing when I shake the rug the amount of dirt & dust, loose grass...that comes from that shake. It’s prevented so much from coming into my house. The bottom is made of an adhesive type of material. It doesn’t totally stick to the floor but it does prevent the rug from moving period. It stays in place. The top was wonderfully made to capture all we don’t want in our house. It’s easy to vacuum as well. My very 1st purchase shows very little wear & tear. It’s durability has held up & that was about 1 year ago. It’s easy to wipe clean with warm water or spray with a general cleaner. Please note the size because it’s nice & was much bigger than I originally expected. It comes folded up in a box but the folded up but if you throw it in the dryer for 5 minutes the creases easily go away & lays flat on the floor & doesn’t move. This is a total 5 star! I had to share this information on this rug as I’ve meant to for some time. If you’re looking for something to capture the dirt then this is the rug. High quality at a great price. I hope my pictures help you get a good idea as to what you’d be getting. Highly recommend!

Really heavy duty i give it a 10

This mat is very lightweight and not suitable for entry traffic areas. Would not recommend for entryway.

I was looking for a particular size bathroom area rug, wanted it to reach between the shower and the sink. Tired of re-arranging rugs that were scewed constantly. Needed two things - the right size and slip resistant. Nailed it with this one. It's lovely, not a fabric but a rubbery material made to look like fabric. That's just fine. The corners are NOT going to curl, yay! It couldn't be more slip proof if it tried, and we have a senior using the bathroom. Haven't tried cleaning, but have little doubt I can either machine wash or spray with shower hand-held (or do outside). And I will never have to rearrange the rugs again.... (I don't think anyone could budge the rug if they tried!) Update: Cleaning is a breeze, I put it over a backyard gate door and hose it off. Dries quickly. Have had rugs in two bathrooms for over a year, and delighted.

I’ve had this for over a year now. I originally bought it when I was in an apartment and it had a wide entryway that this mat fit perfectly. I moved to a house and this mat has been perfect for the back door that comes in from the garage. It’s thin and will not obstruct the opening and closing of your door. It definitely traps dirt and residue from tracking into the house. Good for snow in the winter and sand in the summer lol It’s also durable and easy to clean. I usually just vacuum over it. Sometimes I sweep it when I’m sweeping the floors. Never machine washed it but I’m sure it’ll hold up fine. I’m buying another one for when guests come in through the front door. I wish they had this in one of those nice half moon shapes though. Either way, I highly recommend!

Durable and quality is excellent

These floor mats came flat-packed and folded in a box. At first I was not impressed as they didn’t look like they would ever lay flat. BUT they came with instructions to simply put into a hot dryer for 5 min. I was sceptical. After 5 minutes I pulled out the hot, stretchy, smelly mats and was again unimpressed. I thought I had destroyed my dryer, wasted my time and money, and would have to send them back. I was mistaken. After quickly laying them flat at front/back doors, the mats quickly cooled and became flat. THEY’RE GREAT! • they stop debris from spreading. • absorb water and magically lock it in so that if you step on a ‘wet’ mat, your feet stay dry. • the rubber smell dissipated within a few hours. • they look and feel good. • most importantly, they’re low profile & don’t interfere with the door swing AND they stay in place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE MATS IN ANY LOCATION!

I like these mats I have two. One at each door and they are great for coming in with wet muddy boots because once dry just shake the dirt off outside. Better than weaved mats as they don’t soak in the wet just dries, perfect for this time of year.
