No, this is a V belt, the Greenworks uses a poly belt. I would recommend you order an OEM replacement belt.

Is this belt genuine and made in the usa?

this product does not come in a package that says where its made, it just comes in a clear bag with nothing on it at all. i dont know what you are asking for when you say "is this belt Genuine" these belts are not good for air compressors but they are excellent for lathes

Is this be the correct size and type for use with an atlas th48 lathe? can't tell if i need 3/8 or 1/2 and type, not much information available.

Memory tells me 1/2". There is also a 5/8 size. No worries easy returns at Amazon. Might practice belt assembly before installation: they can be a PITA. These belts also eliminate most vibration. Replace the primary belt as well.

Is this belt also suitable as a replacement for the belt on an attic whole-house fan?

I don’t see why not. This type should be acceptable for things with a belt drive…table saw…the fan…any electric motor driven. Not acceptable on anything gas driven motor.
