CIPA 11800 Custom Towing Mirror - Ford, Pair, black & silver, 18 inch

This is my second pair of CIPA towing mirrors that provide an extended mirror needed when towing large trailers. I tow a 24 foot travel trailer. The mirrors are custom fit to my F-150, as they were for my Silverado. They require no installation, just slide them over the existing mirror, use the clamping bracket and tighten the hand screw to make a secure fit. The outside of the mirror is manually adjusted and hold solid with no vibration while driving. They completely cover the existing mirror and look like they are OEM. The come off just as easily when done towing. These are the best and most cost effective solution to having tow mirrors, unless your truck already has them.

Fit great, look way better than any other add on mirror. Easy few minute to take on and off when I need to tow camper. They don’t vibrate, glass stays put, no wind noises that I can tell. I can still use my power fold on mirrors, which is much more needed when u add the length onto mirror. They’re improve what I can see, but True tow mirrors can still see a lot more, but for what they are they’re great.

Love the ease of installation, look and functionality of these mirrors! Slipped right over my oem mirrors and they work great. On and off in less than 30 seconds.

I needed these to pull an 8.5 ft wide cargo trailer. Some people say you can get by without but that is not the case if the trailer is 8.5 ft wide - you need these to see around and behind you when changing lanes, turning corners, and backing. I was going to go with some OEM replicas but didn't have the time and didn't want to spend $400 for only using them a couple times so I went with these. These are excellent fitting, great quality mirrors and very easy to install and once installed properly with the wedges don't come off or come loose. I have not had any vibration at all. The mirrors are adjustable however I do find them a bit finicky to adjust, not being able to fine tune them very well. Overall very happy with the quality, however they do not have the puddle light holes for the light on the bottom of the 2012 F150. I had to drill mine out due to excess heat melting the plastic when I noticed the heat while making adjustments after the door was open for some time.

Works great on my 2014 F150 when pulling my camper. Wouldn’t pull it without them!

I have had these installed on my 2013 F150 for several months now and love them. these are the best add on towing mirrors i have ever used and i have tried several other kind over the years. installation on these are really simple you slide them on over your existing mirror and then install a slide in wedge between the 2 mirrors that you tighten down with a screw knob, this makes for a very secure fit with no vibration. mirrors are big enough for what they need to do and adjust well and stay put once they are adjusted. i would highly recommend these to anyone needing a great tow mirror at a good price.

When I received these mirror extenders, I was excited. They were what I was hoping they would be. They fit great on the existing mirrors on my truck just like I'd hoped. They have no vibration when driving down the road at any speeds. I get excellent visibility from the drivers side. mirror just liked I was needing and hoping. I tow a 9 foot wide travel trailer and I can now see down the drivers side and also what is behind me on that side. However, the passenger side mirror is very disappointing. It adds no extra visibility on that side because the mirror is flat. It is not a slightly curved mirror like the passenger side mirrors traditionally are (Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear). This causes the mirror to be very disorienting as the images in this mirror are gigantic compared to the passenger side mirror already on the truck. This causes such a small window of visibility to be seen from the passenger side that it's basically worthless. The look and fit of these mirrors is great. I love the drivers side mirror, but I will still need to look for a mirror for the passenger side.
