Une bonne explication de ce qu'il faut faire pour soutenir nos gênes. Une vision à la fois naturopathique mais aussi des explications plus technique pour soutenir nos gênes. Bien entendu, il est intéressant d'avoir fait une analyse génétique auparavant. Je regrette juste le manque de schémas.

Love this book! It's a must read with the intent of implementing the suggestions for those Seeking Health. With multiple, serious, health issues I was already living pretty clean, but Dr. Ben Lynch took it to the next level. I feel like my old self, that has been gone for decades, and I am finally sleeping at night. Dr. Lynch owns a supplement company, (Seeking Health), but doesn't believe you should take a lot of supplements or keep taking them forever, only for short periods in the journey. He doesn't say things like, "Take B12." Instead he explains what is happening in the cascading hormones that are involved, what they need, and when they don't need that particular supplement anymore. I found Dr. Ben Lynch by listening to him as a guest on podcasts from multiple different hosts when I was researching some genetic issues. I was so impressed with him (he's the go-to guy in the world of epigenetics), that I had to get his book and the audio version so that my husband and I could listened to it on a long drive home from a trip. We were both 'sold' on what he said, it filled in so many of the gaps of information I was looking for. I generally look for what the author/podcaster is self-promoting with his version of health and I'm usually skeptical, but I trust this guy, that he truly is on a mission to find health in real ways and share what he learns. He received four different medical degrees along the way as he searched out how he and his family could heal. All four degrees combine to allow Dr. Lynch a comprehensive understanding of what is happening in your body and what needs to happen to heal, and it's not Big Pharma. He's very common sense, but brilliant. I usually find that people with IQs' as high as his struggle to explain things in ways that the typical person could follow, but he does a great job explaining all the methylation and what that means in a very compassionate, relatable, and comprehensive way. He might be the person with the answers you are looking for. Check him out as a guest on a few podcasts, then get his book. My book arrived from this seller quickly in perfect condition.
