I’m extremely disappointed and concerned with this product. I used it for the first time today and was initially happy because it started heating—unlike my first purchase, which didn’t. However, after about 15 minutes, the heat became unbearable. When I removed it, I was shocked to see that the plastic was already melting, which explains the intense heat I felt on my scalp. It almost burned my scalp and hair, and now I’m suffering from a headache as well. This is dangerous and should be addressed immediately

Low medium high power , no in English , wire is super short . It does the job, we’ve used it twice already no problems, I suggest you use a shower cap when you put hair mask so you don’t have to wash the cap.

Great product and there is a noticeable difference in the health my hair when I use it, however, it’s not durable

ممتازة بس ماعرف ليه عندي تخوف اذا شبكتها عالفيش وحطيتها على راسي احس اني بتكهرب 🤣 . عشان كذا اشبكها اخليها تدفى زين مازين بعدين اشيل الفيش واحطها على راسي . طبعا جايبتها عشان حمام الزيت اما اذا بخار للوجه عادي .
