Good quality
Great product. I used it to lift a full bed, it was missing two screws, but it worked out. Good quality for the money and easy to assembly.

Not what I wanted
These were way to strong for what I needed. I returned them for a smaller size.

No instructions and hardware falls short.
The hardware itself is sturdy. There are no instructions and only 7 screws, that being said I have not been able to install. Not even screws and I can’t find any that size at home improvement stores. If I had more screws and washers I would be able to complete this installation. Granted i don’t have the best drill bits, after screwing a single screw in halfway it started stripping, leaving the screw unusable since it won’t come out or go back in. This happened with of the 4 screws on 1 side alone, leaving me with 3 NEW screws for the other side. Needless to say if I had extra bits I would be able to complete installation. I actually like this mechanism and don’t regret buying I just want more screws.

No instructions....none!!!! AND, none online either. No videos either. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

Came damaged in multiple ways and no papers
There are plenty of these listed, and it finally works for me. However, this particular one ("Homend" "sudo-brand") is a nonsense. It came with one of the primary load L-shapes bent at the corners and even not a straight L to the naked eye. Had to re- bend it myself in HD vises and with heavy mallet. Also no single piece of paper coming with it. SO can't even tell if it's matching the capacity and had to look online for tips how to install it. So I'd recommend to try some other merchant/sudo-brand.

Not satisfied
I ended up returning mine. We bought it for our rv bed and the metal was too soft and was not easy to install, nor did it have the strength for it. We ended up ordering some different ones. Not sure if we just got a faulty set or not.
