Disappointed
This item broke after just the second use, which was very disappointing. I had purchased a warranty and immediately requested a replacement, but it was never delivered. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me — whenever I request a replacement, it either never arrives or takes months. Amazon really needs to improve their replacement process. It’s frustrating to pay for a warranty and not receive the support promised.

الخلاط ماعليه شي ممتاز وحلو اموره طيبه لكن الشي الي ماانتبهت له قبل الشراء هو شفرت الخلاط غير حادة .. ومايشتغل بروحه لازم اضغط على زر التشغيل لين يخلص الخلط
