I have been using nature's bounty hair skin and nail pills for years. I used to use the non gel kind, because that was the only option available. This product is great, i noticed my brittle weak nails, grow faster and are stronger. I dont have flaky nails anymore. I noticed my hair is stronger and is getting greasier faster. As someone who struggles with very dry hair- this was a dream come true. However, my hair grew thicker and faster... everywhere. Thats the only downside to this product. The gel coated product seemed to work better for me than any other type.

I’ve been taken these pills for the past 3 months and it has been quite effective. Hair is no longer falling as before and overall my nails are stronger.

Product is not certified halal. It contains gelatin. Nature's Bounty's official website states that the gelatin can be either bovine (beef) or porcine (pork) and there is not way to confirm which has been used. It's best to avoid it.

I really like this product, for many years I had problems with splitting finger nails, I enquired at pharmacy & they recommended a tiny bottle of brush on liquid that was $$, these capsules fixed that problem and my hair is normally white but now more grey.
