By far the best butter I have ever tried
For most of my life, butter was just butter -- better than margarine. Then I tried Costco's normal unsalted butter, which was noticeably better than my grocery store butters. When I started baking more, I tried Kerrygold Irish Butter; it was a bit better than Costco's regular unsalted but also crumbled. A friend recommended Vermont Creamery Unsalted. The only bad thing about these European style butters is that they cost nearly twice as much (on a per-ounce basis) as "regular" unsalted butters. But after trying this butter once I no longer cared. It is creamy, tasty, and works exceptionally well in baking. On its own, on bread, it tastes incredible; added to (for example) chocolate chip cookies, it raises them to a higher level. To top it off, this butter doesn't crumble when I cut it with a butter knife, even right out of the refrigerator. This is far better than any other butter I have tried. The only other baking component I had a similar reaction to was King Arthur flours (especially the bread flour), Both of these became the only brands of their product that I use. And being from Vermont, rather than Ireland (like Kerrygold) or New Zealand (like Costco Irish Butter), both supply and price stability are excellent.

A great butter made in true European fashion
Great butter. Made in the same way as kerrygold unsalted or president unsalted. A cultured butter that is great for baking , necessary to make croissants or flaky pastry to get that essential flakiness, airyness and that true butter taste and smell. Plus if you are lactose intolerant, the fact that its cultured, its easier to digest with less discomfort.

Super high fat!
High butter fat! More fat more tasty and creamy. I spread this on toast but I have never baked with it. Used it for sauces and to fortify items. Now making Mac and cheese the butter aroma is banging
