I purchased 24 of these lights and they all work. These look like real tiki torches with size and flicker. Surprisingly, they work on the north side of the house under the thick filter of maple trees (no actual sun light in area). I charged them the first day in direct daylight (south side of house) for 8 hours and placed them in the filtered light and they are maintaining a good enough charge to stay lit until 4:30 am (ones in direct sunlight are brighter by morning as to be expected). They come on at a different sequence in the evening but are all on and remain the same brightness once it is dark (ones under filtered trees on north side of house are not as bright by 4:30 am).Unfortunately, since they are plastic, many of the poles (19 out of 24) have cracked when carefully putting them together for the full 43" and others will not go together completely without cracking the poles leaving about 1/4" of the spacer visible. Although, this does not seem to impact their stability. I will not be leaving them out for the winter as the casing looks like it will deteriorate and fade (they are plastic).I will be buying more for our house and to gift......EDIT: I now have 44 of these lights and they are all in good working order! Our yard looks like a resort! Our friends can't believe that they are solar lights as they flicker like real flames!

Update: These are AMAZING lights and the seller is FANTASTIC! One of my lights wasn't working anymore so I contacted the seller. Even though it was just days before the 1 year warranty was to expire, the seller sent me a brand new light, no questions asked. AND, I received it very fast! Now all of the lights continue to shine brightly with a realistic flickering flame. They stay lit from dusk to dawn and the long poles I was worried about have stayed steady in the ground, withstanding even substantial winds. I am so impressed with these lights and the seller who stands by their product. Buy them, you will be glad you did!Awesome solar flame lights. The flickering flames are bright and are contained within an elegant housing. Assembly is easy and the tall pole length gives the appearance of tiki torches. Not sure how they will hold up in strong winds since the extra long poles could cause them to be a bit wobbly. I might try to reinforce the bottom with narrow pvc pipe if I can find the right width. But for now, I love the way the look and they seem to last throughout the night.

I ordered two sets of these torches and let me tell you, they look stunning. Everything was straightforward and easy to put together. The first set ordered was perfectly fine, all torches lit the first night and have been consistent since that purchase. My second set of torches had one torch that went out about 2 weeks into it being outside. Since I was under a month, I contacted the seller and indicated my issue. I was actually hoping I could just purchase another torch since this one had completely gone out. Instead, the seller sent me a new set of 4 torches to replace the 1 torch that no longer worked. No charge and no exchange. Needless to say, the third set that was sent works FLAWLESSLY. The seller kept in constant contact with me, ensuring everything was made right. I would definitely purchase from this seller again, as I appreciate their communicative actions to ensure we had a product that worked for the summer.

I love these. I have had them 3 years and have not had to change the battery. They make my yard looks soCozy and it looks like real fire

"New Huing" branded Solar-Powered Tiki LightAltho constructed of ABS, the unit is amply sturdy and, as advertised, contains 96 LED chips and a battery with the form factor of a lithium 18650. It is held it together with screws, so any needed repair should be straightforward, with the exception of replacing the unmarked 14 pin LED driver/charge/load controller. Paradoxically, for the purpose of manufacture or repair, the 4 mode (OFF, flame, breathe and ON) activation switch is mounted to the other half from the one as all the other functional bits.Why only 4 stars? Sadly, none of the mounting tubes or adapters are fit compatible with standard US PVC plumbing pipe, so after a lot of head scratching and rummaging through parts drawers, adaptation for height in my application was done with sections of bicycle inner tube and 3/4in thinwall.

My husband and I love sitting outside and when it starts to get dark, the flames come on. Anytime we have company over and these lights come on - they love them and want to know where I got them. So, this year - flame lights for Christmas presents! I liked these particular lights because of the height of the poles and the 96 led lights - makes for a nice flame.I put them in front of my azalea bushes - they still get enough sun to charge them to last for about 5 hours, which is fine - because I am asleep by the time they go out. I know this because occasionally I wake up to get a glass of water and notice they are out. I’ve had mine for almost 3 years and never had to change batteries or had any issues with mine.

These are amazing. I was skeptical as I dislike solar lights as they often look cheap. Not these. They really transformed my back yard in to the Pirates of the Caribbean. They are bright. I swear they look almost real with the flickering setting. I love them so much we now have 12 in our backyard and I bought some for my sister and my dad. All in the past week. :-)I have them all in bright sun and they have lasted from sundown until at least 4:30 am at full strength - which is the latest I have been up. 100% recommend.Shipped fast, packaged well. Like another review said, everyone needs these!I am reviewing completely independently.

I am enjoying these torch light. Installed them in my backyard. Easy to assemble and install. My initial concern that they are too short, they’re just a perfect height. I like the additional ambience that they provide. It compliments our fire pit. Installed one of them on a flower pot so I can move it freely around my backyard. I have them set to turn on automatic when it gets dark. I don’t know how long they last. We usually go to bed between 10-11pm and they are still steady gleaming.
