This zinc actually ended up being really strong for me; the dose is definitely high. If I need to use it in the future, I will need to cut the gummies. As far as taste- absolutely amazing!! This company makes best tasting vitamin gummies I've had as far as flavor and texture go. Love that there's no artificial sweeteners or colors. Even though this was too potent for me, when I contacted the company they were super kind and helpful. I will order their magnesium again, which tastes absolutely amazing too.
