This item worked wonders when my baby was a newborn, it kept her head in place whenever she fell asleep in the car. I tried it a few times since she grew up (16 months) and it doesn’t keep her head in place at all, it’s like it’s very loose and has no resistance so her heard is heavier. Will be looking for a stronger one but definitely recommend for newborns

Not very helpful if they keep slipping off. Waste of money.Also if not checked by an adult it does cover face and mouth. Dangerous if they can’t breath while sleeping.Not safe at all.My child grasped air twice, We only used once but had to remove.
