Does it "dribble back" if poured very slowly? thank you

No, it does not dribble back. I pour with the cover on and off and have had no problem. The cover stays on securely when I pour. I like the pan a lot. We heat water for coffee in it on a regular basis and have not had problem at all. I would buy this product again without hesitation.

Does the milk stick when you boil it? Is it hard to clean?

Never put milk in first . Use a small cup of water first and then add the desired milk in it .. it won’t stick.. after boiling it’s easily washable
