Do not buy this Not able to read the Arabic or English in book,I know this was a summary of just quf to mem but give me a breck , I was not able to read the information at all in the book is like the book was scan but very terrible scan , Don't wast your money on this book or time you will hurt your eyes try to make out anythingNow have to wast more time just to return the book ; I leave you with this words from our Shaikh al-Albaani (ra)"The Shaikh, may Allaah have mercy upon him, called a carpenter to his house and requested that he change the side from which the door of his library opens from one side to the other!So the carpenter responded, "From one side ..." looking stunned, "... to the other?" Trying to ascertain what use and benefit there would be in doing that.So our Shaikh answered him saying, "When the door opens towards the left side then this increases the distance to my library by a number of steps! And I go to the mosque [to pray] five times a day along with having to go out once or twice for household chores or for personal matters. So how much of my time is wasted, when accumulated, as a result of all those extra steps which could be eliminated or reduced?So when the opening of the door is changed from this side to that we can benefit from all of this lost time since it is so priceless and infinitely important.""Su'aalaat of Ali Hasan al-Halabi, vol. 1, p. 38-39.

I ordered this book knowing that it was only an extract from a dictionary that was published 125 years ago.Sadly, the copy that I received (and apparently I am not alone) was defective and illegible. The print is badly pixilated, making it appear as if it emerged from an old dot matrix printer. On most pages both the Arabic and the English text are unreadable.

Not a complete dictionary. Only covered a few letters. Several of th letters were not included. Only 2 letters. Excellent for the letters included.

Tiny print with missing ink in the letters to boot. I can't even read the English words.

Almost impossible to read, and trade in only values at £1. Wouldn't bother buying this.

Only four letters of the alphabet in this. Not as described.

This book is not printed properly and is only one volume out of all of them which is misleading as this page says otherwise. I had to return it because I can't read even a page of it! Not impressed at all.
