Bought to replace a stolen Brooks B17 and this is immediately more comfortable (because I don't have to wear it in). One of the rails snapped but that was after just over a year, so I figured it was out of warranty. This has happened (at one point or another) on pretty much every saddle I've tried barring the Brooks and I was able to weld the rail, so its still in use. And yeah that's likely down to how I'm mounting the saddle (almost as far back as it'll go), where I ride (rough tracks and paths) and my weight (85kg). That said, I would definitely buy again.

Had a very soft saddle previously but it was just too wide , although this saddle isn’t as soft it’s still really comfortable and seems to be moulded perfectly for my behind 😊😊not too soft not too hard just right

Fine - if you have a different fitting on your bike there are no instructions Ok if you know about bikes less so if you don’t Very comfortable

Received quickly & as described. Purchased to replace my bike's original SelleRoyal saddle; no matter how adjusted, became uncomfortable after 5+miles. The new Wittkop saddle is a great improvement; I may still have to try some adjustment. But now only starting to feel a little uncomfortable, at the 10+mile point.

This seat does not fit properly on modern seatposts that have the seat attachment built into the stem. The seat is left pointing down to far at the front. If you have a bare seat pole it will be fine.

Love this seat so much I bought 3 of them- one for my e-bike, one for my hybrid, and one for my stationary. I commute 20 miles most days on my e-bike, ride my hybrid on long weekend rides, and use the stationary when the weather sucks and this seat has never been a pain in the a$$! I bought the touring model for my hybrid 10 years ago and found that it’s the only seat at a reasonable price that works well for me. The 10 year old seat has thousands of miles on it and is just as good as new!

Den brettharten Originalsattel meines E-Bikes hatte ich sofort nach dem Kauf durch einen weicheren, jedoch ebenso schmalen (Fischer) MTB Sattel ersetzt. Trotzdem hatte ich auf langen Touren irgendwie immer Schmerzen - mal vorn, mal hinten - je nach Ausrichtung und trotz ständiger Verstellungen und Tests. So richtig zufriedenstellend war das nie. Durch Zufall stieß ich auf diesen (Trekking) Sattel von Wittkop, welcher nun etwas breiter und auch höher aufbaut, jedoch m.E. trotzdem noch sehr sportlich und passend für ein E-Bike aussieht. Die Lieferung erfolgte problemlos wie von Amazon gewohnt über Nacht. Der Sattel wird mit einer Klemmschelle und Bolzen vormontiert geliefert, was im ersten Moment erstaunt, da man meinen könnte, er kann bei den anderen Befestigungs - Systemen gar nicht montiert werden. Die Teile lassen sich aber alle problemlos demontieren und dann kann man das gute Stück wie gewohnt problemlos an der inzwischen sehr verbreiteten Originalklemmhalterung des Bikes montieren. Der Wittkop-Sattel hat im ersten Moment eine ungewöhnliche, leicht bananenförmig anmutende Form. Wenn er jedoch einmal montiert ist, fällt dies gar nicht auf und als ich nach der Montage das erste Mal damit gefahren bin, kam mir ein erstauntes „OHAAAA“ über die Lippen! Ein völlig neues Sitzgefühl, äußerst angenehm! Man sitzt deutlich „stabiler“ - und das bei angenehmer Weichheit, ohne dass es jedoch zu schwammig wirkt. Nach kurzer Nachjustierung mittels Wasserwaage und fürs persönlich beste Empfinden habe ich nun eine super Sitzposition gefunden. Auf ca. 20 km Teststrecke hatte ich keinerlei Schmerzen mehr und die ganze Zeit diese gemütliche Sitzposition genossen. Der Wittkop Trekking - Sattel ist in meinen Augen ein gut verarbeiteter Kompromiss für all jene, die auf Komfort nicht nicht verzichten wollen und einen Sattel suchen, der trotz mehr Komforts noch sportlich ausschaut. Zur hier bereits angesprochenen „Wasserundichtigkeit“ kann ich allerdings nichts sagen, dies werden weitere Tests zeigen. Bisher meine volle Empfehlung! Interessantes Detail am Rande: Als ich nach dem (in China vermuteten) Hersteller schaute, stellte ich fest, dass der Firmensitz in Zella-Mehlis ist , 15 km Luftlinie von hier:-))

Just been out for a quick 20 mile mostly easy ride. Saddle proved itself and I could easily ride a lot longer and of rough terrain without issue. Recommended

haftada 3 kere her bir sefer 2-3 saat MTB sürüyorum. sele hep benim için sorun olmuştur. birçok jel sele denedim. 9000 kişinin yorum yazmasından yola çıkarak bu seleyi sipariş ettim. almanyadan 5 günde elime ulaştı. ilk sefer tam denemek için pedli taytımı girmeden normal şortla 2 saat sürdüm. selenin yapısı açıları vücuduma uydu. konforlu bir sürüş yaşadım. fiyatı gayet makul olduğu için sele sorunu çeken arkadaşlara denemelerini öneririm. ama unutmamak lazım herkesin vücut yapısı farklı. bana uyan bir sele diğerine uymayabilir.
