These compression socks are a lifesaver, offering immediate relief from heel foot pain while making walking comfortable again. I wear women's size 12W or men's 9.5 shoes. I originally ordered size XL and they really do help with my ankle stability and plantar fascitis. I was honestly shocked at how quickly the pain subsided wearing these socks! On days when my feet are swelling, the compression is quite comfortable but otherwise, I wish it was a little more. I'm used to wearing very firm compression socks. So I ordered the size large hoping they would be a little tighter. I really can't tell any difference at all between the two sizes. I've been wearing these just about every day for several weeks now so they've been through the washer and dryer several times. Since it's summer, I've been mostly wearing them with sandals or barefoot around the house. They are starting to show wear already. Not like they're falling apart or anything but the only way I can tell the difference between the two sizes is that the ones I've been wearing are a bit pulled and faded while the others look new. I'm not usually a fan of open toe socks but these have win me over because I get the pain relief of compression socks without having to wear hot socks and "real" shoes in the summer.

My wife suffers with plantar fasciitis, and these socks have been very helpful for her. A lot less pain and she feels that they have a comfortable fit and fabric.

Surprisingly these actually work. The first 30 minutes my heal hurts still after putting it on but then it just goes away. Can't feel my heal pain until I take the sock off at the end of my work shift. Almost as if the pain is getting lesser each night.

These work for me whenever one or both of my ankles need alil support to (get back to normal). Im a 260lb guy with size 13 shoes, these fit me alil tight,but work great Whenever I need em. Ive washed em 2xs n they've held up great. Ok.

I just received these & put one on each foot. I have been developing plantar fasctitis for about a good 3 months now. These really helped reduce the pain and support my arches. I put one on the left foot and the pain dramatically dropped. Quality product. Check the size chart carefully for your shoe size before you order. These fit the shoe size correctly.

Compression is good, though on it's own they are not going to solve Plantar Fasciitis. They assist with keeping your foot comfortable. They are pretty thick and I could either wear them with sandals or under socks with my gym shoes.

Fast delivery, after a few washes the elasticity doesn’t provide the grip and skids down as you walk 👎. Not recommended- doesn’t help relieve plantar pain as listed.

Me ayudan a corregir mi pisada, mantiene firmes los tendones y sobre todo me ha disminuido el dolor, todo ello me ayuda a caminar mejor y evita también que me duelan las rodillas, los recomiendo ampliamente. No se deforman al lavado, no te suda el pie, vivo en costa y no hay problema

I wear these compression socks daily for plantar fasciitis pain in both my feet. It fits well and snug and doesn't ride up much during the day. I wear socks on top of them which gives more cushioning to my feet. I find that they make my runners tighter on the sides so I try to wear them with loser fit sneakers. I have no problem wearing them all day at work and at home. They are comfortable and really does help with pain in my soles. I do remove them at night when I go to bed. I have washed them in the machine in warm water and hang them to dry. They have not stretched or faded and comes out perfectly. I am so glad to have found these compression socks and not have to wear painful orthodics inside my shoes. I highly recommend them.
