Filter paper construction is superior to plastic
I tried Bel Etage on a whim, and I found that they definitely make a higher-quality product than most brands. I believe their claim of 30% more grounds per cup, and that does appear to produce a slower, richer brew. These cups were individually packaged to preserve freshness since the cups are constructed with perforated filter paper. This packaging requires significantly more storage space, but I really like that I'm not drinking the by-products of overheated plastic that you get with most other cups. Drink coffee not plastic!

This is my FAVORITE Keurig KCup, hands down. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it to me!!
