I went to the Philips Dreamware site an found and used their guide to pick the size I had ordered.

Confused. The header says "silicone pillow", but later it talks of what's in the box it says "gel pillow". They are not the same. Which is it?

This is definitely the silicone pillow. And as a user of both the gel pillow and the silicone pillow I highly recommend the silicone pillow. It fits much better and less air leakage.

Does this include the Head gear?

No, the headgear is not included. This is only the silicone pillow.
