It was suggested by my surgeon to take day before procedure and for rest of week. I was very satisfied with results. Very minimal bruising post-op.

I hate upper eyelid surgery and was instructed to purchase this product. I was impressed with the reviews, but still not a believer. I followed the instructions and let me tell you, I now believe. I had some swelling, but it went away after a week. I had no bruising at all, none. It has been two weeks since the surgery and I have no swelling, no bruising and no issues, except that my field of vision is much better. This product is worth the price.

It helps with deceasing post surgical bruising

Great product - though crazy expensive! For 14 capsules over $35.00!But the bromaleine and arnica combo work beautifully speeding the healing process. I added a full cup of fresh pineapple and had to buy another bottle of arnica forte - one bottle lasts between 7-3.5 days depending if you take 1x2 daily or 2x2 .

Doctor's prescription before eye procedure. No bruising after procedure.
