NO MORE PAINFUL NASAL POLLOWS CINCHED TIGHT AGAINST YOUR IRRITATED NOSTRILS!! YAY
I HATED NASALPILLOWS THAT HAD TO CINCH UP TIGHT AGAINST YOUR NOSTRILS TO SEAL. THIS JUST GENTLY RESTS AGAINST THE BOTTOM OF YOUR NOSE. AMAZING. I LOVE IT. GREAT SEAL AND GREAT PRODUCT. So, I got the small size set up. I will never go back to any other type of mask. I was new to CPAP and I tried three types of nasal pillow masks. I couldn't tolerate any of them. I even had one where the hose clipped to the top of your head to keep it out of the way. However, the hose protruding off your nose area would pull the nasal pillows out of my nose. I'd have to cinch these tight to keep a seal but through out the night the heavy hose would always pull it loose. My nostrils would scream in pain from those little pads rubbing against them. This mask is a dream. No little pillows pressed up tight. No big hose hanging off my face. This mask leaves me so free. There's just a little slit in the pillow the air flows through so the seal exherts no pressure on your nostrils. Additionally, the hose connects on top of your head so it easily lands in back of my bed out of the way. The comfort level is supreme and it rarely ever becomes dislodged or unsealed. The air flows from the top down the hollow sides of the mask into the opening. You can flip all over the bed without losing the seal and the mask is light as a feather!! I really love it. Love the comfort. It never slips off in the night!! Perfect. I figured I would NEVER be able to comply with therapy but this makes it a breeze!!

On My 23rd Order-That Says It All!
I’ve purchased these 23 times and that tells you everything you need to know. The DreamWear nasal cushion is the most comfortable CPAP cushion I’ve tried. Soft, minimal contact, no red marks, and seals perfectly. I replace mine regularly to keep the seal fresh and ordering here is always fast and easy. If you use DreamWear, this is the one!

Saved our marriage!
My husband has been through so many CPAP options. The expense and frustration to find the perfect and comfortable fit has been a very long process. He read about the DreamWear and this has been the one he has been searching for. He was concerned that it wouldn't hold a seal based on some of the reviews but that has not been the case. Obviously, the one with prongs would probably be a better fit, but those types irritate the inside of his nose and are not viable options for him. I think the main pro of this mask is the hose doesn't come off the nose and makes sleeping possible. He sleeps on his side and back and the mask works great. This cushion does make some white noise, but with ear plugs I don't hear a thing and it doesn't seem to bother him. Note that this is only the cushion and you need the DreamWear mask setup. The other thing to note is that my husband is 6/1 and he was fitted with a size small cushion. This cushion fit him perfectly. I think the other reviewers who were not getting a tight seal may have bought a cushion that was too large. The CPAP and this specific nasal cushion have changed my life! (His as well!) I am sleeping through the night for the first time in decades. The CPAP and DreamWear cushion will save your marriage, no joke!!!!!

This nose pad does fit the Dream Wear the sleep Hap machine and as far as my research this was the most affordable product that I found online, so very happy with the purchase.
