Love this stuff, initially bought it to try help hangovers. Although it doesn’t completely get rid of the hangover feeling, if you take one before your night out and then one in the morning, recovery is definitely much quicker than without these!I have also started taking them when I feel a bit run down or when recovering from migraines. The electrolytes give a good pick me up for the day!Have tried orange and water melon flavour's so far, both are very refreshing and taste great.

This works really well but I can’t justify buying it regularly due to the cost. Tastes ok, has a hint of mojito but you can also taste the salt so I’d say an acquired taste but too expensive to buy enough to get used to it. I have since tried the Pina Colada flavour... absolutely vile! Way too sickly sweet and artificial, even when ice cold. A very expensive mistake at 19.99 for 12 sachets. I'll be sticking to the Mojito.

Excellent for post exercise or hangover with s great range of flavours. Have been using for years, can’t recommend enough!

Taking one of these before bedtime after an evening drinking reduces the impact of any hangover. Tastes great too.

I never leave a review for anything but feel i need to tell people about this product .it does work as a hangover remedy but it is potentially the worst thing I have ever tasted in my entire life !if u can manage to drink it,it does work but drinking it is like a bush tucker trial ,that can be the only possible comparison.I found the only way to get it down was to drink with sparkling flavoured water and continuously dilute it and keep stirring it .I promise it does work but it’s not for the faint hearted In Respect of how bad it tastes and how hard it is to consume .i gave given it 3 stars simply because its so bad in regards to actually drinking its contents x

Have bought this since last summer in the current hot weather I have found 2 satchels a day very helpful, I do a physical job and this product has helped a lot to keep hydrated!! It’s not cheap but what is, I’ve only tried this flavour but have just purchased the sugar free option watch this space 👍👍👍👍👍

Makes a massive difference if you’ve been drinking the night before. A bit pricey but worth it, alternatives aren’t close. Watermelon is the best flavour!
