Works great, excellent quality, though misleading description
The product is of excellent quality, works perfectly and is easy to use. The parts are top-notch, fit perfectly and installation was easy (no tools, no teflon tape, etc). The package description is misleading though, in that it says the sprayer comes with 3 spray heads. That is not true. It comes with 2 spray heads (one 3-inch, and one 5-inch spray head). It also comes with a 5-inch extension which allows you to connect them together into 4 different combinations ( a 3-inch, a 5-inch, an 8-inch, and a 10-inch- see photo). Despite that, I am totally satisfied with this product. After a LOT of research I decided on this product over everything else I saw. I really like the long spray wand so you never have to get your hand even close to down in the toilet, like you do with the "kitchen sprayer" type bidets. Also, the hand-held sprayer is so much better than the fixed ones that mount under the toilet seat and send up a stream that you have to position yourself over exactly instead of moving the wand around to where you need it. A subtle, but important, advantage of the hand-held wand is that you can clean yourself very quickly. This is important because the water that has been setting in the hose for a while is at room temperature and not uncomfortable. But if you take too long in cleaning, then that water is used up and along comes the really cold water from the house plumbing. In winter that cold water actually hurts. Here's some tips: 1. Don't use toilet paper first. Just use the sprayer. If you use toilet paper, you'll just spread the mess around making the cleanup job harder and take longer. That of course means you'll use up the room temperature water and have to finish the job with the "ice water" in your plumbing system. In reality, you'll never need toilet paper again, except to pat yourself dry. The hand-held bidet wand lets you spray water to just where you need it, so you won't have a lot of area to pat dry. 2. The wand has a very easy to control lever on it that lets you adjust the amount of water flow coming out of the spray nozzle. Start at the lowest setting with a gentle flow. This gives you just a little water so you easily get used to the cold water. Then you can increase the flow to what you want. If you start on full pressure, you'll get a shocking blast of cold water which is also so powerful it'll nearly knock you off the toilet or give you a cold enema. The range of control is very smooth from just a trickle of water to a fire hose. 3. Watch the video that is online. It gives some techniques for where to point the water flow when starting and where to finish the job for both rear and front approaches. This makes it most comfortable and keeps you from inadvertently spraying water everywhere. The spray heads include 2 nozzles (the part with the little holes) and a neat little tool to let you remove them and swap them to a longer or shorter wand. One nozzle is a tight pattern about 1/2 inch in diameter and the other is a wider spray for larger areas. With the removable nozzles, several length wands, and the handle that can be operated from both sides, this sprayer is very versatile and really well designed. The video even shows it being used to clean diapers, clean the toilet, or clean mud off the bottom of shoes. I'm really impressed with the quality and performance of this product. I have ordered 2 more for another bathroom and for our RV.

Keeps your hand out of the "Danger Zone."
Very nice handheld bidet. My family and I converted to using a bidet about 4 years ago. We started out with a handheld bidet. It was nice since it was the first time we had ever used a bidet. The problem was that it was like pins and needles hitting a very sensitive area. I used it on a daily basis, but my family found it inconvenient and it hurt. So, I invested in a USABIDET that attached to the toilet seat. It was way more convenient and it didn’t hurt to use. This became a necessity for our family. We longed for the bidet whenever we went on vacation, or whenever we were out and about and the need to use the toilet happened to come up. Well, I had to remove the bidet from the toilet because we were selling our house and we wanted the bathroom to look very open and plain. Big mistake! I have caught a lot of grief from my family, and we all have been miserable, because we just don’t feel clean. With all that said I decided to go with an easy and “temporary” bidet method by buying this handheld bidet. I wanted something simple to install and uninstall for when we move (Which happens to be in a week as I am writing this review). I was skeptical about other handheld bidet, but we needed something, anything. Once I received it I wasted no time opening the package. I was surprised at first by the weight of the package. It was a little heavy, and I thought that was great! It must be all metal. Wrong. The valve that attaches to the toilet is metal. The Handheld wand is Plastic and coated to look like metal. I was a little disappointed, but I was willing to give it a try since this was “temporary.” Installation was easier than our USABIDET. I had it on in no time at all. My son wanted to be the first one to use it, and he loved it. The spray pattern didn’t hurt. I forgot to mention one of the reasons we love our USABIDET is because you are able to give yourself an enema while using it. You wouldn’t believe what is still up in there even when you think you are done. I didn’t expect to be able to do an enema with this handheld bidet because of the spray pattern, but it is possible. With the right angle, and the right pressure, and a little bit of practice, you will be able to shoot the water right up in there. This bidet has the extension with it. I feel this is convenient and handy. It keeps your hand and most of the wand out of the danger zone. When we are finished we just wipe the wand dry with a little TP, and hang it up out of the way. As far as the wand being plastic, I don’t think it will be an issue at this point. It’s made pretty well. The bidet does have a 3yr warranty. If you need another wand you can just order it for $20 on Amazon. When we move I will be installing this in the other bathroom, so we will have at least 2 out of 3 bathrooms with a bidet. I would recommend this to anyone who might want to try out a bidet, but doesn’t want to spend a lot of money. This is pretty cheap considering. I wouldn’t go too cheap. If you do, you might regret it. Or, worse you may never want to use a bidet again, and then you will have to live with a dirty butt.

Simple, effective, fulfills it's purpose very well
For medical reasons, more complete personal hygiene has become a priority concern for us. It occurred to me that a Bidet would be beneficial though it's completely off the radar for most pill-pushing Medicos. A lady friend of my wife has a condition that begs for a Bidet solution, upon using ours went straightaway and purchased her own. In her seventies, installed it herself. She reported back to my wife near-ecstatic over the benefits of it's use. Whoo hoo! She's suffered for years with a condition, though not fatal, has been most unpleasant for her. Having been on medicare for some time now, I too am frustrated that having a condition whereby I see several doctors a year, Not one of them, has EVER thought past, "take these pills, write a prescription, come back in six months!" It appears as though they are not very concerned about getting better, more about maintaining a status quo. I'm sure this is not always the case for all patients, but it has been my experience and that of many others. I've always thought of a Bidet as a separate porcelain bowl in a large, custom-built bathroom. I was surprised to find on Amazon a variety of inexpensive, DIY bathroom appliances converting a standard toilet that have received some good reviews. Minimalist that I am, it seemed like a hand-held device would serve as well as any other. My first choice, proved to be just right for us. It is not possible to get an easier to install, easier to use, device that so well-serves the purpose for which it is designed. The hardware is good quality. The water valves are metal and ceramic, the wand extensions are chrome plated PVC, so, have a substantial high quality feel, fit, and finish. Without giving it much thought you might easily think that it is constructed of chrome-plated metal. There is nothing about it that looks like there is any plastic in it's construction. Also supplied are wand attachments providing different lengths and spray patterns. In my opinion, not any part of it appears cheap, at least not to me. It is obviously pretty well-made at a very reasonable price. By design, any instructions on it's use is pretty self-explanatory.. It just works! Upon first use, you should open the valve on the wand slowly, as at full tilt there is a substantial blast of water, but not enough to cause any type of injury to delicate body parts. It ranges from not enough to about as high as any one would care to go. I especially like the thumb and forefinger operated control. Compared to some other bidets it is very linear and predictable. At the lower setting it is very gentle, too gentle for me, as I figure, the more water, the better the cleansing action, so I let-er-rip! My wife was a bit skeptical at first, but it only takes a few seconds to get the hang of it, as the control valve is continuously variable thus, firm in hand and easy to manipulate with dial-up ease of control. Most folks say that the cold water is no big deal, quickly fading into a non-issue - I agree! They say it saves on toilet paper, - it does! For such a small investment the cost/benefit is above average. The only down-side for me is that I can't take it with me wherever I go! We should have done this years ago. You do get wet! Don't necessarily need to rely on T.P. My wife bought a stack of hand towels on sale at B., B., & B. Having been already cleansed, she just does a little blotting, and... they're re-usable. I have my own method of un-wetting, Think Green! Over time you may end up saving the life of a tree by cutting your T.P. budget in half. One reviewer says a big towel on a chair works for him. Be creative and you'll find your own way. On the feminine side, it has been suggested that one may discreetly apply a little liquid hand soap for the ultimate cleansing experience - undoubtedly, much to be preferred over an outdated T.P. ritual. You may think of it as an ultra-convenient mini-shower. CONS - Not much! Though by way of our "Magic Wand" my wife and I may have discovered bathroom Nirvana, our personal choice over any other cleansing system, it may not appeal as much to visiting In-laws or the Granddaughter's who may be less put off by a more conventional set up. Sooo... as a concession to making it available to as many as possible, in the guest bathroom we've installed a regular Bidet as a more public, bidet-like, hands-off, seat and cover assembly with built-in lever, hydraulically activated, discreet retracting sprayer booms. Plenty to choose from on Amazon. You may to have to provide a little at the site instruction for visiting first-timers. On the other hand, with the wand set out of the way in its hanger on the side of the water tank there is no physical/mechanical attachment to the toilet bowl or seat at all. While not in use it sits innocuously out of the way so that a visitor has no contact or interaction with it, so other than as a shiny object of curiosity, it can't interfere with anyone's normal toilet protocall. As such, it doesn't seem there isn't any reason to install the Aquaus in all your bathrooms - your choice. Bottom line is we are completely sold on the concept of a Bidet and have influenced two others to try it and have also given one away as a gift To me, it seems that the era of the Bidet time has arrived as the benefits outweigh any disadvantages, plus there are multiple choices available, all priced at around $100 or less. A few are very low in price, and even if you want go go full-bore with hot air and water, pricewise it remains doable for a lot of people. E.g. for a family of a mom, dad, two boys, two girls, in time, a Bidet will pay for itself many times over in toilet paper savings. BUT - for my wife and I, nothing works better, or is more to be desired, than our old standby, point and shoot, hand-held, Aquaus 360. Walter O.

A pretty nifty invention.
Not sure why it had never occurred to me before, but recently I thought, 'wonder if I could hook up a sprayer to my toilet for...' and then I realized, there was likely a commercial item already available. Yep. This was my first purchase (and use of) a bidet product. I like it. When reviewing available options, it was a toss up between this wand-sprayer type, and the seat attachments. The first time I used it, I did end up spraying some of the back of the toilet behind the seat, but that has been adjusted now with 'experience' of use. It was easy to install. I was prepared to put plumbers tape but read the instructions that it was not to be used, so I simply added all the attachments according to instructions. You simply unscrew your water line into the toilet tank, then add the included attachment to the toilet inlet, then place your old water line onto the end of the T attachment. I had to finagle a bit with tightening it up so as to keep my toilet mechanism innards from rotating with the tightening, but finally got it. Since I'm a senior person, I used a channel lock pliers to give it enough 'tighten' power, and no leaks. There are two controls; one at the T attachment so you can keep the water off, (or not) and one on the wand sprayer itself, and both have the ability to control the water pressure. All in all, a fine thing to have in the bathroom. I also use the sprayer to clean out the toilet when needed, as mine is a low-water use flush and sometimes needs a little help. Not 5 stars because it seems the little handle that hooks over the toilet tank to keep the sprayer on when not in use is easy to bump the sprayer out of it, but again, I might be making something to attach to the wall that will be a bit different that the included 'holder.'

Well made, easy to install, really worth having.
This is my third bidet. The first one was an under the seat, dual nozzle, shoot from the rear, warm water capable bidet. It began to leak after about 3 years, and by that time I knew I would never be bidetless again. I also knew that by the time the warm water kicked in I was done, so my second bidet was an under the seat, dual nozzle, shoot from the rear, cold water only model. Three years or so later the shutoff valve on that one failed in the middle of a middle of the night bathroom visit (that'll wake you up!!). I had actually ordered another one of those when I stumbled across this one, and jumped on it. You see, in the weeks leading up to the bidet fail I had contracted a UTI that proved resistant to everything my doctor had to offer. And as a result of an intense search for other based help, and the newfound knowledge resulting, I became hyper aware of how difficult it was, with the shoot from the rear type of bidet I was used to, to keep from splashing into areas that I REALLY didn't want to splash into. This looked like the answer. It installs really easily. The shut off is exactly where my hand falls when I'm sitting down. You can mix and match heads and extensions to get exactly what you want/need. It is very sturdy and I'm pretty sure it's going to last. It is more complicated to use. And it involves some skill. The under the seat models are pre-aimed, so to speak. Sit down, turn it on, turn it off. Simple. This one you have to unholster, maneuver into position, turn on the main valve, turn the dial on the nozzle, adjust to hit target, turn off dial on nozzle, turn off main valve, reholster. And, while I have always been considered a pretty good shot, it tuns out I need to be able to see what I'm aiming at. Lots of splashing. So there is a learning curve. All in all, I am very happy with this. It is much better made than my previous bidets. It is seriously unlikely to leak, something that could not be said of the other two. And I don't have to wonder whether it is the culprit in a heath issue. That there's a learning curve?....well I can learn. When I can get up in the middle of the night and use the bidet without really waking up, I will have arrived. Almost there.

I feel clean!
Ok this is a little gross to talk about but I really love this Handeld Bidet. I had a seat bidet before but I renovated my bathroom and the high tech Toilet I bought has a fancy seat that I cannot replace. So I bought this one instead. I like it more than the in seat bidet. PROS: 1. Flexibility- you can clean front and back. I will not mention what but you know what I mean! 2. Different heads - you can select whether you want a more focused spray or less focused. 3. Installation - I couldn’t use tools to save my life but this took me 10 minutes to install once I read the instructions. 4. Adjustable pressure - you can control the pressure from the wand or from the level under the tank. Simply awesome. 5. Looks - it really looks good and matches my stainless fixtures. 6 Price - it is so inexpensive. It paid for itself after a month. No more Flushable wipes!!! CONS: 1. NOTHING! SUMMARY: Since buying my first, I have bought for all the toilets in my house. Much better than the fixed Bidet and easier to clean with a Lysol Wipe. Very highly recommended! >>>>UPDATE March 20, 2019<<<<<<< It has been a year, and all the Bidets are still functioning very well. My family and guests all say how easy it is to use. Still going strong!

Personal Hygiene Made Easy
If you have never had any experience with a bidet this is a very affordable and efficient option to add to your bathroom. I researched other units and decided on the Aquas 360 because 1-it is made in the USA, 2-it is a solid stainless steel and brass valve unit, and 3-the valve and sprayer head design are easier to use. Installation is a breeze-it took about 15 minutes, required no extra tools or supplies(as long as the toilet supply line is a flexible line, hopefully braided stainless for safety) and is totally unobtrusive. I tried the hanger bracket mounted on the toilet tank however because of a wall storage cabinet it was not easily reachable, so I moved it to a wall mount configuration(simply remove the hanger from the attached bracket and use a drywall screw to mount) which put it in a convenient position for use. The shut off valve at the toilet is still easy to reach and should be shut off between uses to prevent accidental leaks of the wand. Not to be too graphic but this is the cleanest my bottom has felt in years, my use of wet wipes has been eliminated and toilet tissue use is reduced by at least 50%. The wand with the extension is the perfect length and the flow control valve on the wand is perfect-I can control the flow with one finger or thumb and is easy to turn off and on. I would recommend this system to anyone with tenderness or other issues and is a huge plus for better personal hygiene. I have included a few pictures to illustrate how I mounted the unit on the wall next to the commode within easy reach and it still lifts the supply line off of the floor.

... impressed with this well made product that was very easy to install
So far I’m very impressed with this well made product that was very easy to install. The toilet adapter handgrip nut made the installation very easy without using tools. My toilet had a flexible water line with a handgrip nut so the installation only took me about 5 min and I’m a girl. The Aquaus 360 sprayer design is really unique and I was skeptical about it until I used it. The pressure control levers on the sprayer works really good and very easy to push with your thumb to adjust the spray pressure. I really like that the pressure levers stay where you push them, which makes it very comfortable to hold. It's really cool how you can flip it over and control the spray pressure from either side. The spray pattern and pressure is also really nice and cleans quickly and feels so good. The 360 sprayer is not metal, but considering the quality I don’t see any advantage in making it metal. My friend who is a plumber took it apart and found a high quality brass valve cartridge with ceramic disk seals, what ever that is. He said for this type of application the ABS polymer sprayer body and brass valve should last for many, many years without leaking and ceramic disk seals usually last for 25 years and are used in all kitchen and bathroom faucets today. He also told me making a sprayer out of metal doesn’t make it better, especially if it has a spring valve where a spring pushes a rubber seal closed when the button is released; if the spring or rubber seal fails it will leak. Spring valves are used mostly in kitchen sink sprayers, which is what my last metal bidet sprayer was that did start leaking after about 8 months of use. It was also hard to hold, keep your hand clean and had no pressure control. Another part of the 360 I like is the shutoff valve handle extends out so you can easily reach it. This design also allows the hose to hang straight down in front behind the handle. The last hand bidet I had the toilet adapter was made so the handle was on one side and the hose screwed on the other side. This made the hose bend down causing it to leak behind the nut. I’ve seen other reviews with this same hose problem. My last bidet sprayer toilet adapter shut-off valve handle was also difficult to reach especially if you face the hose to the front for more hose length, which puts the valve handle behind the toilet. The Aquaus 360 is really designed correctly and the sprayer is very comfortable to hold and control the pressure, which to me is the most important feature. I highly recommend this well made product!!!

Understand that the inlet and outlets are 7/8" which is difficult to find in Australia.
Excellent service. The product was of very good quality. The problem was that I hadn't realised that the diverter tap uses a different size inlet and outlet thread from what we use in Australia. I thought I could buy adapters to overcome this but have found that it is extremely difficult to get them. I haven't given up yet though

Easy to use quality sprayer
This is a great little sprayer. My husband installed it easily in minutes, and it hangs off the side of the toilet out of the way but within easy grasp. The toggle is easy to swivel with both thumb and/or forefinger and goes from super gentle to pressure washing spray easily and quickly - very controlable and smooth operation. And there are 2 sized wands and 2 different sprayer plates to personalize the sprayer's function. It's also nice to have the easily reached [while sitting down] safety shut-off valve for peace of mind. It's an attractive and high quality sprayer. I love how I have cut way down on toilet paper [although still use tp to finish with on the backside] and just have a hand towel hanging nearby to dry with [my personal bathroom]. Using this keeps me so much fresher during the day and waaay less irritated. One thing I to consider though is that attaching to the toilet will only provide you with cold water, which is a bit shocking in colder climates, especially in the winter! I have gotten used to it but even luke warm water would be nice. My toilet is not near a hot water source but if it was I might be tempted to figure out a way to hook it up to a mixing valve somehow.

A problem free customizable bidet
I owned the previous Aquaus Rinseworks bidet, with the black plastic button on he handle - the fittings leaked and the button mechanism broke (jammed on). They have greatly improved the construction with this model. The hardware in the Aquaus 360 is pretty solid, nice hose and good quality rubber on the O rings. I have been using it for about 4 months, and it has been problem free. No leaking (I leave the T-valve turned on, as flipping it back and forth seems more likely to cause this issue than prevent it), no springs or fragile plastic mechanisms to fail. I use the 1/2" (small) sprayer end with the 5" extension. The extension keeps splashback away from my hands and allows me to aim it wherever needed. I've never used the seat-type bidets, but my friend has, and prefers this one. My house has low water pressure, but it doesn't take much to get enough of a stream to clean things. The pressure/on/off control slides smoothly and works perfectly. I was a little concerned about bumping it on accidentally when hanging it back on its hook, but it hasn't been a problem. The spot where the T-valve attaches to the toilet tank is cramped because of the shape of my toilet. I had to trim the wings on the T-valve's hard rubber nut in order to tighten it all the way. This doesn't affect the function, it was just an inconvenience. This is a the fault of the toilet design, and common to most nuts designed to screw into that spot. Conclusions: This is a well made, problem free bidet, with a useful selection of fittings for individual customization. There is nothing about the design that I would want to change. Excellent unit.
