Who is the product suitable for?

I use it when it feels as though my eustachian tubes are blocked, or at any early sign of an ear ache. It seems to keep problems at bay, very dependably. It might not be suitable for someone going on a blind date with a dream boat, if you don't want your ears to smell like garlic. Unless the dream boat is a naturopath, in which case he will be impressed!

does it work for vertigo?

Doesn't work on ear issues related to vertigo.

How exactly does this work for wax build-up?

It loosens the wax and soothes ear my husband gets bad build up and so far this is working for him
