Dietary Supplement, reasonably priced.
The bottle describes these as a "dietary supplement", whatever that means. I've been taking them for years in case they might stop the progression of peripheral neuropathy. So far so good. I don't know if they help, but they shouldn't hurt.

Reputable manufacturer, good price
The manufacturer (Contract Pharmacal Corp.) is a reputable US firm (Hauppauge, NY) that makes pharmaceuticals for a lot of the big brands you would recognize. These (B12) pills are small and easy to swallow, but still have the 1000 mcg I usually take daily. I'm not sure you can really do a review other than what they look like and the reputation of the maker. I can't feel a difference between taking these and the other brand I use, but I can't tell if I skip a day or even a week or longer either. So I think these are just fine, and that's about all one can say I suppose :)

Easy to swallow, thickness and flavor all mean nothing to me as I have to crush the pill , dissolve it and feed the solution through my G-tube. All other aspects of the vitamin are as expected. Just a reorder.

Overall: Lately, I have been into taking my vitamins to stay as healthy as possible. With getting into fitness, I always been interested in my metabolism! B12 is a great vitamin to increase metabolism and energy throughout the day. With taking these pills, I have found myself with more energy, especially after a long 8 hours of week. I definitely recommend taking B12 everyday to boost that extra metabolism. PROS: -Boost metabolism -Increase energy -Easy to swallow CONS: Star chart: 5 stars โ I love it!
