No, it's lacking the required picatinny rail.

Will it fit taurus g2c

This is a top rail mount like for an M4. It needs 3-4 slots and then some space. The G2C has a single slot bottom rail so no and if it did fit you could not put anything useful there.

Can this mount handle real recoil? It attaches on the bottom with one cylinder and a second that’s flat with the base. Just friction.

I used it on my AR15 to lift scope over front fixed sight. Handles recoil just fine. Shoot over 500 rounds and never a problem. I hope this helps.
