The product came as it was describedFitting was perfect for my 13 inch Macbook Pro 2019. Overall the quality is decent and addition pf screen protector is also nice. I would recommend buying Mosiso products.

I thought I bought just case but it comes with screen protector, keyboard protector as well. Very happy

Everything is perfect except for the silicone keyboard protector since it is not compatible with arabic/English keyboard and doesn't fit properly.

The base does not fit well - it restricts the movement of the screen and also the laptop heats up quite a bit.unable to ask for replacement or refund - not sure what to do

make sure you are very accurate when you put on the screen protector, you can only do it once

I bought this for my MacBook Pro 13inch 2018 with Touch bar and Touch ID. I'll start with the case.The case for the MacBook is very sleek. It barely adds any bulk to the laptop. Looks and feels great. Of course this case is not going to protect your laptop completely from drops/falls. It will however, protect it from scratches to the outside on the top and bottom of the computer. The finish feels like a matte silicon. Kinda has a slight rubber feel but not as grippy, if that makes sense. That's the best I can describe it. I really like that better than just a regular plastic cover because that would probably be more slippery when holding the laptop or even when its on my lap. Silicon tends to grip skin/clothes better than plastic. But don't worry, this is not one of those soft rubber silicon skins either. It is still a hard shell just with a silicon finish to it.Next is keyboard cover. I really wasn't planning on using this thing as I felt how in the world is this not going to slip off the keyboard since the keys are almost flush to the computer itself? There is hardly anything for the cover to grip on to. However, I found it to be pretty good. It stays on very well as it almost has a sort of sticky rubber feeling on the bottom and a perfect indentation for each key to help keep it in place. It also helps to keep dust and spills out which is definitely a good thing. There isn't too much of a difference in feel when typing other than the keys feeling more grippy, however, it does take some time getting used to as there is a bit more restriction on the fingers when pressing the keys. Very subtle though.The little sack bag that comes with it to carry some of your accessories is very nice and feels like pretty good quality. I'll probably fit my charger adapter and USB-C cable in there with no problems. Nothing really more to say about that. It works!Then finally the worst part about this product, the screen protector. As far as how it looks and the ease of installation, I would have given this a 5 star rating. It doesn't affect the clarity of the screen in anyway. In fact I can't even tell that a screen protector is on this laptop. It's just as glossy as the display itself so you can't even tell its there. Just make sure you follow the traditional method of applying screen protectors as dust will create bubbles so you may need to use extra tape to remove these dust particles if you want a perfect installation. The bad thing about my experience is that I guess my screen protector came in slightly bent on 2 corners. So after I applied it, there are now 2 corners on the left that won't go flush with the screen. I can imagine that over time, dust particles will collect under it and make it more and more noticeable. Possibly even having to remove the whole thing later if it gets worse.All in all, I would highly recommend this product. I probably just got a bad screen protector so in no way does that mean the product is bad, maybe just needs to be handled better when packing it for shipping. Hopefully yours will be ok. If it wasn't for that I would have given this a 5 star rating. It really is a great product and I am really glad I bought it. Hope this review helps you.

This was an unexpected surprise. Usually, I somewhat disappointed in the quality of the case, the appearance, the fit, or any one of other criteria. In the "case," I couldn't be more pleased with this product. The fit is perfect, both top and bottom. Though admittedly the instructions are a little sketchy on the installation, it only took me a couple of minutes to figure out how to get the bottom shell to click into place. I guess I didn't pay close enough attention to the "what's included" part. I was pleasantly surprised to find a screen cover, though like all screen covers...and as another reviewer mentioned, it's hard to put on the cover without at least a couple of bubbles...the nature of the beast and how much time one spends to clean the screen. I thought I had done a really good job only to find one dust particle under my screen...no do-overs...but I can't see it unless I want to obsess over finding it and staring at it. The keyboard cover was another amazing surprise. It fits very well and is completely unnoticeable while using the keyboard. It just lays over the keyboard and you have a 50-50 shot of getting it on the right way the first time. I didn't, but no big deal, just turned it over and it fits fine. For the price, this keyboard is nothing short of awesome! No doubt I could have gone to the Apple store and bought something similar at 3 or 4 times the cost. MOSISO has another identical product that's $2 cheaper, but doesn't include the keyboard cover, and I think the keyboard cover is more than worth $2. Anyway, I'm completely pleased and a happy customer. BTW, glad the product description included the model numbers that this case fit. So be sure you are ordering the right case for your MacBook model. Don't complain to the company if you order the wrong one as they make it very clear which models the case fits.

I have ordered two of these cases for a 2019 Macbook Pro. Initially, I was impressed with the fit, but my experience soon soured as the case began to get mysterious cracks. So, here is the issue...My MacBook Pro always stays on my desk in my office. I use it primarily for photography and music production. It never moves. I just open the lid, power up, and start creating. It never goes in a backpack and at best I might sit on the couch with it. I only access this computer maybe once a week as I usually get by using tablets, phones, etc. So, with that said, the first case developed probably 5 cracks at the corners and now the one I ordered in 2020 has a huge crack on the back rear corner.What troubles me is, this is a Macbook pro only used by me. I don't toss it around and it's never been bumped in a bag or on my desk - it has a designated spot that it rarely leaves. I always open it from the center cut-out slot.I have lots of high-end equipment/gear and make it a point to keep everything pristine so having these cracks appear is simply confusing. No kids or anyone else who goes in my office space, so no potential unknown oopsies.I won't order a third. This case is clearly too brittle for me and my gentle use, so I can only imagine how long it lasts for somebody who is heavy-handed and wants protection.Do yourself a favor and pass on this product if you want something that is durable.Shame. I tried to give it a second chance and it's just not meant to be.

This case looks great and was very easy to install. It's pretty no frills and gets the job done. If that's what you're going for, this was good bang for the buck.Some quick cons: the keyboard cover that comes with it is strange - it feels a bit too thick to use with the keys and it just looks cheap - like one of those old plastic covers that used to go on computers in your school library when the only browser you could use was Netscape Navigator (what up Ask Jeeves). I didn't buy this for the keyboard cover though, so that's negligible. My biggest beef with this case is that the little grippy feet that are on the bottom of the case fell off within a couple of months. I'm currently missing the front two - they were lost without me knowing. Pulled it out of my bag one day and they were just gone. Lost into the grippy abyss. I still have the back two grippys, but one of them consistently slides off of it's footing. I keep trying to put it back on with increasing pressure, but it's continually losing the sticky that's on the back and that holds it to the case. Eventually, all 4 will be gone which means the computer will slide VERY easily across smooth surfaces. I could order new grippys, or I could superglue them to the case, but I didn't come here to tell you how I might solve the problem - only to tell you that it's a problem.Last thing, just in case you're wondering because sometimes the images on these cases can be misleading - there isn't a cutout for the apple logo and you can faintly see the logo behind the case. The material is semi-transparent - I purchased the "Gray" color.
