I was nervous about buying refurbished but didn’t want to drop over $1000 on a brand new one when I’ve never owned an iPad before. After researching and comparing prices and searching reviews, I finally purchased this one. I couldn’t be happier! It came a few days earlier than planned, and it was well packaged, no flaws, and it works amazingly! I bought it for drawing and painting, so I bought an Apple Pencil (elsewhere) and synced with the Apple Pencil and runs Procreate (a painting and drawing app) like a dream! The charger was generic but I just bought my own Apple one to go with it. The screen is huge, the color is good, and I have zero issues with screen sensitivity. There’s always a risk of buying refurbished, but this was one worth taking. Works as good as I hoped it did, and I’d probably buy from this seller again if I need to in the future. :)

I bought one of these for my wife, who is an artist. The first one came with noticable light bleed on the middle of the screen. So we sent it back and bought another. The second purchase had to be returned before it even got to us, because Amazon customer service accidentally cancelled the protection plan we bought for it instead of cancelling the protection plan we bought for the first one. The third one we bought came a few days ago and has two spots with noticeable light bleed. With all the stress of buying and returning three iPad pros in the span of a few days we resigned ourselves to keeping it and reading with it. But two out of three bought had this issue, and the third probably did too, but as stated, I never actually got to see the thing so who knows? The battery life on the first one wasn't great. It took about 14 hours to fully charge, and about 5 hours to drain. The current one we have takes about 10 hours to charge, but it holds power alright providing you aren't watching videos all day. The cameras is terrible. I know at this point the iPad is five years old, but my cell phone from five years ago has a better camera, and that was a cruddy, and cheap Android that came free with the cheapest provider you can find. I assumed anything would be a step up from that, but nope. Grainy is the best descriptor for this camera. The iPencil is great, but sometimes lag causes strokes to take a second to appear. Honestly, for the frustration getting this caused, and the issues that came with it, I wish I had just bought a brand new one.

I Love my new iPad I just recently purchased from Amazon. It’s way bigger than I had actually expected but it was an extremely nice surprise. Haven’t quite explored it yet I’m still waiting for it to charge to 100% before I break it out and spend hrs./days on exploring every single aspect of my new IPad. Especially since the iPad I had just before I bought my new iPad I had actually had the same iPad for just over 8-10yrs. So getting to finally have the means to treat myself to this brand new one absolutely feels Amazing…. Happy Early 43rd Birthday for Meee!!!!

An it's amazing for us either going blind or is blind. Pretty nice tablet but for the apple product I still hate apple period... And It's only making my hate for them just a little deeper

For years I resisted buying ‘renewed’ or ‘reconditioned’ (used) products, especially in electronics. However I took a chance in that this iPad was easily less than half price of a new one. I’m glad I did! The unit seems brand new, everything works, and reinstalling all my apps plus 30,000+ photos through Cloud was a breeze (and time ,consuming, so have it done while you’re asleep). They even included a preinstalled screen guard. I highly recommend this product and this purveyor.

The item did not function well but the seller was very supportive and within a week replaced the item with one that works. Great customer service!!

This item arrived before stated time & I was delighted. I was & still am under the weather. Charged it tried to update software…. then the battery.went dead within 2/3 hrs. Charged it again…software update to 16.3 tried to find out why it won’t update further. Even a full battery charge only lasts couple hours. I can’t find out anything so if you can HELP ME…. I know wi-go, 128 go. Please reach out to me as it’s timely.
