It was a lot of work to drill holes in wood (after sanitizing), put in plugs, and then heat and drip wax over each hole. And for all of that work, I still never got any mushrooms! I live in south Louisiana where it is hot and humid, and wild mushrooms grow everywhere, so I find that strange.
