I think Pepto has been around longer than I have, so there is no question it is abrand you can trust. Actually got these for my daughter who gives them as needed (per the vet) to her cockerspaniel Mya when they go camping ---related to her over-indulgence of people food no doubt. small count packages make it handy to grab a box and take with.
