Couldn’t use much as it spiked my BP.

Not sure how they are working as I don't have joint problems. Being on steroids I decided to give these a go. Nice to drink. Having a bone scan soon so will have a better picture then.

Seems to have improved my hip ache. Went away for 5 days and didn’t take tablets with me and after 4 days my hip started aching again. As soon as I got home I started taking them again and hips are ok again. Will continue to take them. Wish they weren’t add ons though, so next time I’ll probably pay twice as much and get them from Holland & Barrett.
