Hard Cream Pomade for Men | Natural Finish | Firm Hold | Hair Pomade

This is a great product I found after Crew changed their men's pomade formula. It is odorless, not greasy and holds great. I wish they had a travel size for TSA compliance.

I use both Baxter's Hard Cream Pomade and Clay Pomade. Both are excellent products and tailor to different needs/situations. I use the HCP to get some control over my coarse straight hair a few weeks before I cut it back. It allows me to move it around throughout the day and keep it relatively tidy. The Clay Pomade is essential after I get a fresh haircut. It keeps my hair in place and provides a little flexibility throughout the day.

By far this is the best hair product I've used. It hold all day, isn't greasy, and, best of all, a very little amount still goes a long way.

I was expecting a pomade that had a little bit more of an extra hold than your regular pomade. When applying this product onto dry hair the hold is very minimal. The product works best when applied to wet or damp hair. When applied to wet or damp hair, the product hardens into what i can describe as something similar to a gel. The result is a hard, wet look with no pliability. Once dry, you can only reshape/restyle by applying water. If you attempt to restyle it dry, the hardness of the product will go away and you will be left with hair that feels when you mess up hair with gel (Grainy, dirty, and not smooth at all). I would recommend this product if you are looking for a very firm, strong, and wet look. Also, I have an undercut haircut with about 5 inches of hair length at the top.

This pomade offers a firm hold with a natural-looking finish, perfect for styling hair without feeling stiff or greasy. It applies smoothly and allows you to shape your style throughout the day while keeping flyaways in check. I appreciate that it washes out easily at the end of the day and has a subtle scent. Great for everyday use or special occasions.

Pomade that holds. Prefer wax over pomade.

I was first introduced to this product by a barber at a barbershop on West Hollywood (Thanks, Jacinto). I have tried a LOT of pomades and this one doesn't feel cakey or waxey and has a more natural feel with great hold. My hair remains soft and not at all "crunchy or spikey." (When I want that look, I use a different product). What I also like is that a little bit of this cream pomade goes a LONG way, so I would suggest starting with an amount about the size of a garbanzo bean, smooth out between your palm and outwards towards your fingers and then run your fingers through your hair. (That's how I do it, anyway, lol). I definitely recommend this for that natural look and feel. My only concern is that when I received my last order, the box it was packed in was so big that the pomade bounced around and the cap came off. The top of the product formed a smooth "skin" but luckily the rest of the product was not affected, so I am glad that the whole bottle wasn;t dried up! This is no way reflection on the product, it is just one of those things that can happen in packing and distribution.

Product works great when you can get it. Had been out of stock for years - super odd but whatever. If you’re looking for a matte finish this product works well on my short hair. I really like it but with availability being suspect it makes it a maybe on the buy. I usually tend to repeat but once I find something that works and it’s frustrating trying to find alternatives when it’s gone for extremely long time periods. The alternatives suggested by Baxter are not the same and ended up being a waste of money. That said - I really do like this product.

2016年10月に購入しました。 シンプルな香りが好きで、ここぞという時に使っています。 購入当初は、ウェットな別の商品と混ぜて使っていたのですが、 固まったまま伸びずに困っていました。 諦めて単体で手につけてみると綺麗に馴染みました。 その後でウェットな商品を使うと、期待していた仕上がりになりました。 大満足です。

フェードカットのトップを作るのに適しています。テカリも無く香りも控えめ。価格はしますがそんなに量を必要としないので長持ちします。

横分けリーゼント的なセットをするときに使っています 伸びないのでジェルに比べると圧倒的に使いにくいです。 ドライヤで熱を加えるとセットしやすくなります。 ウェットテカテカなツヤでは無く、髪が綺麗になったような自然なツヤです。 ホールド力はあまりなく強風なんかで簡単に乱れますが再セットは簡単です。 香りはキツくなく甘ったるくもありません、ミント系のイイ香りです。 3/13追記 ヤナギヤのグリースと7:3の割合で混ぜると良い感じになりました
