I'm a first year medical student and found this resource extremely useful as supplement to my anatomy courses. The questions were challenging and gave explanations to the answers which was really helpful.

The case studies are interesting and helpful. I have found it a great way to learn the material and prep for exams. The book also has references for the Gray's Atlas and Student text for each question if further explanation, in addition to what's given in the text, is needed. My only minor complaint is that some (not many) of the questions are repeated or too similar. I think they should either cut these questions or create additional questions.

The questions and explanations in this book are absolutely terrific. They do a good job of promoting thinking rather than rote memorization and recall. The book is broken down into Back, Arm, Leg, Abdomen, Thorax, Pelvis, and Head/Neck I believe. If your anatomy class breaks down subjects in this manner, it can work wonders for your study plan. I think there's ~900 questions in this book, with some sections being much longer than others. Probably WAY too in depth for Step 1 as anatomy is traditionally low yield. The images that are presented towards the end of each body part block might be more high yield. I may incorporate this into my Step 1 plan using only the odd/even questions just to get some extra coverage. The one huge flaw that keeps this from being a 5 star resource in my opinion is the authors sometimes repeat questions/concepts not just once, but several times in a block.
