Probably not really suitable for fitness
The strongest cons is that it is quite slippery when your knees and palms sweat after some intensive fitness workout.Applied on a hard surface might be not soft enough for a heavier person. Doing pushups or staying on knees is not soft enough for staying limbs. The softness is compared to the same width more expensive competitor.If you are not heavy and don't sweat at all this might work for you. Otherwise buy a better one.
