Not for intense exercise
Itโs a good machine. Delivery was quick even installed by their team on the same day. Just some things to remember, this is not an upright or air bike, so donโt expect you can do intense and exhausting exercise. This is like an exercise machine for those who have leg or back issues or even plantar issues that needs support by sitting down with backrest.

quality is excellent definitely built to last for long life, the seating while exercising is very comfortable ๐ and adjustable lengths for short or tall people although LCD is small but highly recommend wouldn't regret having it Good luck
